Sorry bud it’s almost impossible to gem those. 1st of all you can’t tell if a card is Gradable by looking through a binder sleeve, you need to see if the surface is clean and the edges as well as the corners and centering. 99.9% of the time a card is in a binder a sleeve it’s already going to be ungradable. 2nd, the card your looking at for sales is a Topps gold which are short printed yours is just the base so it would probably be worth half the price if it miraculously gemmed. 3rd the sale you’re looking at didn’t actually sell for $400. eBay doesn’t show what offers go for so it probably sold for $300-$350. 4th, you have to look at multiple sales when looking up cards. One sale could be an outlier and it actually is only worth $200. Or it could be that the person just wanted to get rid of the card for some extra cash so they sold it super cheap and it’s actually worth $550. 5th, in a 9 that card is actually only worth $20 so you should DEFINITELY not grade it.

The chances that it gets a 10 is pretty slim. Its not that easy
