Back to Country
США
Добавлен 22 май 2019
After completing over 30 years of active duty service in the U.S. Air Force I decided to retire, get out of the city and back to the country way of life. Approximately 2 years later, my wife also left the fast paced world of employment and joined me. This is our journey back to the country. Dude, just seeing this. I'm sorry to see and glad you and Lorena are bouncing back.
@@andyalexander2712 Thanks man, definitely been a rough ride but we roll with it
I bought the champion 4500 dual fuel it doesn't have the remote start not sure if that's a good thing or not you're not even supposed to plug in your cord until the generator is running and you should unplug it before you shut it off
@@wrongway100 that’s what they say, but then they make one with remote control….regardless have had zero issues.
dark chocolate stain. but dark Navy would too.

Looking good
Amazing! Brand new house.. it’s too bad you had to go through what you did with the cost of all that
Almost back together 👍
I always call my 3rd grader friend to do the math for me.
$17,000. OUCH!!!
Jeff, did you order these replacement parts from the Walmarts?
Great job
I just fed mine after more than 6 months in my fridge!! Can't wait to see what happens
We know one thing, you'll get it working. Look forward to an update. Have a great day.
Hello Jeff & Lorena Your doing this old school. If you lived closer, we have 3 different sand blasters. Big tank, small pull around, & cabinet. Dink loves bringing things back. One of his favorite pass times. Great job Jeff.
@@DinkTank369 I actually have a couple of small sandblaster (one is a pull around) just not here, most of my tools have been moved to the property. Oh well 🤷♂️ work with what you got, right 😉
I was surprised how reasonable the parts are on the master built site
@@leopdion5976 I was as well. Things like the controllers and temperature probe can also be found cheaper on Amazon but some parts are much more so you have to compare.
Good morning ☕ Jeff & Lorena Look forward to your restoration. Have a wonderful day. Merry Christmas.
@@DinkTank369 Mornin’ and Merry Christmas to y’all as well
Nice!
I picked up an Oster Toaster convection oven that was filthy on the curb. Looked up a new one and it is $189.00. It cleaned up great and it works perfect.
Slow and steady. Looking good.
Looks nice. Did it work well for you? Are you able to pull a trailer with that basket on your 4 wheeler?
@@brianhudson2265 yes, been very happy with it, no issues and no problem with our trailer
@ Nice thanks for the review this product popped up this morning on FB on the bass pro shop ad it’s on sale.
Happy Thanksgiving Jeff & Lorena
@@DinkTank369 y’all as well
I really need to visit
if you would let do the tool the work, it would work even faster and without strength for you - try it - and yes you need to lubricate the end of the bit with grease which goes into the chuck
I've had the same issue with door installers. unfortunately it's very common.
Happy Thanksgiving
outlets??? I thought everything was wireless now. ha ha Looks good Jeff
I put the exact hardware in my kitchen before I sold my place in Anchorage.
Hope you can rap it up before Christmas
@@solardiyhobbyandrevies8118 the plan is to be back in the house by 15 December 🤞
Where are you moving to?
@@discernment4theSoul Eventually moving to our property in Northeast Texas. Currently renovating after a Google Fiber drilling disaster caused flooding in our house
If I had enough land, heavy equipment, I would consider building a large pond and stock it with fish.
@@OutOfTheForestWoodWorking already part of the plan. Hope to build up to a 16 acre lake in the middle of the property and two additional ponds
For future reference amazon is a 50 50 i wouldnt recommend buying batterys but a bare tool should be fine like how yours works good irs so mucn cheaper because its through a third party seller and they wont honor warrantys from them
This is a prime example of how the right tools (even if they are cheap Chinesium) for the job can make all the difference. I’ve been there too wondering why my good dewalt hammer drill wasn’t cutting the mustard in a concrete slab even after ponying up for a good Bosch sds plus bit. Then I borrowed (and then happily bought) an actual rotary hammer drill. Regular hammer drills are fine for concrete blocks, but everything else should be done with a rotary hammer drill or jackhammer.
For the duel caliper brakes put a block of wood in front of your tool, will compress both pistons at once.
wow such a knock off bosch. even stole the color and handle design. even harbor freight dont fake tools that good.
Put some liquid feed on your 'dead' plants before you call it quits. Roots often go dormant, waiting for a better time to live.
Dang, should have asked me to swing buy!
Good morning ☕ Jeff & Lorena
@@DinkTank369 Mornin’ Y’all
The garden is a loss, but you know you have an opportunity to grow a garden in the future. Hope everything comes together quickly in the city, and allows you th opportunity to get back to improving the property.
@@ShaneFlintOutdoors thanks Shane
Lots of work to do!
A lifetime’s worth 😉
Good to see progress. Are you moving back in after or using it as an opportunity to move on?
Both, since everything is packed we are moving more stuff however, my adult children are both living at home due to the reality of the economy. So we aren’t in a position to sell yet. Such is life we’ll just keep moving forward.
Where you bought the garage doors?
Special order from Menards. We had to drive up to Missouri to the closest store to get them, but it was well worth it
@@BacktoCountry thank you
Good to see progress is happening. Thanks for sharing
Glad you are progressing
Progress is good!
🤠🤘💖
Good to see things are moving. Good thing you walked through & caught all the detail work that's not up to standard. Have a great weekend.
Good morning ☕ Jeff & Lorena
Just got mine yesterday, already had two evolution 7 1/4 and i was torn between Milwaukee 8 1/4 or the evolution....but 299 compared to 399 plus a 3 year warranty, plus arbor can use 5/8 or 1 inch
I think you had good oven spring. Will try rye flour next few feedings
Thank you for reviewing the item.
