Ik snap de redenen van de KLu om afscheid te nemen van de F16 maar pfffff...... wat een prachtige verschijning was/is het. F35 schijnt in zijn eentje de taken van meerdere F16's uit te kunnen voeren. Las trouwens laatst dat de eerste ex KLu F16 in Oekraniense handen al is gecrasht. Onduidelijk of het een vliegersfout is geweest, of een storing, of dat ie is neergeschoten.
Was geen ex KLu kist maar naar wat ik begreep een ex Deense kist.

I'd like to see the USAF take one F-16C, Block 30, strip it of all excess ballast, and install a GE F110-132. A 25,000 lb. jet with 32,500 lb. thrust !! Man, that would be a real rocket !!
That would be a super Performer 🚀🚀😊😊they had the F-16N and block 30's in the USAF in the past(Nineties) who came close with the F-110 Engine and lesser equipment.However because of all the G's they made in the adversary role they had a short Lifespan.
