My favorite Badvillain track (not as if there were that many ...) is still Hurricane. The comparisons with XG come naturally of course, but it would be better I think to keep the discussion inside the actual K-Pop and the newer generation, because rap seems quite on the rise. In these, I've personally put Badvillains Chloe Young at #3 among 5th gen female rappers, she is good. #2 would be Babymonster's Asa, and at #1 I see Sunhye from Young Posse - who is the one that comes close to XG rapline level. I think you haven't had Young Posse on your channel - taking a closer look at them is worth your time. Check out XXL for a start.

Rosé has a newer music video too, 'toxic till the end' as well her debut studio album 'rosie' is out it's no skips and she has some songs on their that surprised people even an 90's R&B style track. She co-wrote, co-composed, and was excuitve producer for the whole album. She owns the masters and publishing rights to everything Apt included.

Hi gents, thanks for the reaction. I follow Rolling Quartz since the pandemic when they started putting their covers on RUclips and glad to see them grow and succeed. Pushing rock for an indie band in the birthplace of K-pop is not a rewarding experience. I absolutely recommend to go and see them during their upcoming tour. I saw them live in Sydney, they are fire on stage.

XG are one of the best live acts I've seen and I have seen Stray Kids and Black Pink who are from big companies. XG had no back up dancers or big budget production but they ate the venue! Also their whole company crew were there and it felt very homely. I hope they get the recognition they deserve because they have no bad songs

Howling is more or less of what they teased with X-Gene last year. A drill beat and they start rapping immediately rapping and all of a sudden that incredible vocal line comes in. But on Howling you can hear all seven of them sing and not just Chisa, Hinata and Juria during the pre-chorus and the chorus.
