Thank you and thanks again! I decided to upgrade the software of my DJI Mavic Air 2 and DJI Smart Controller in order to be FAA compliant with new ID reg. That is when code 30064 surfaced. I try everything for two days without a solution. Today I decide to look again on RUclips and I saw your video. It worked and now I can fly again. Thanks again and "may the force be with you".

We've all lost a huge amount of time on this 30064 error message and DJI has been silent for months.

DUDE THANKS! I found it easier to download the app file through the lightning browser on the smart controller. I then went to the files app and opened and downloaded it at now I'm back up and running thanks again!

I have a DJI RC (mini 3) remote and when I go to my SD card on the controller, the only option I have is to format the card and eject.. I've formatted the card and have re-downloaded the file many times.. Still can't access a file Explorer like you have to be able to click on the APK file.. Any help would be appreciated!
