Thanks for posting, just finished my first play through and didn't want to jump right back in for the final draft. Not sure if Alice is alive, but I would think not. She said ascension or destruction were the only ways to leave the dark place. Maybe after her epiphany about Alan/Scratch and re-entering the dark place she became like Dr. Darling or Polaris. A helpful entity, and she's trying to help Alan become the same. Kind of a modern interpretation of a Buddha. Just a some of my thoughts around her.
