சட்டப்படி நீங்கள் சொல்வது சரியாக இருந்தாலும் தமிழகத்தில் நில அபகரிப்பு செய்பவர்கள் அது பண பலத்தையும் ஆள் பலத்தையும் வைத்துக் கொண்டு தாலுகா ஆபீஸில் சர்வசாதாரணமாக ஒருவர் பட்டாவை கேன்சல் செய்து விடுகிறார்கள். நீங்கள் சொல்லுவது போல் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர் தாலுகா ஆபீசில் சென்றால் அந்த தாசன் தாரோ அல்லது பெரிய ஆபீசர்களோ தன்னை தன் உதவியாளர்கள் வழியாக தன்னை அணுக விடாமல் பார்த்துக் கொள்கிறார்கள். அப்படியே மீறி நாம் சென்றாலும் நீங்கள் சொல்லும் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட காலகெடுக்குள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு ஒன்றும் கிடைப்பதில்லை. சிவில் கோர்ட்டுக்கு சென்றாலும் அங்கேயும் இந்த நில அபகரிப்பு பிரபுக்கள் பணத்தை கொடுத்து நமது வழக்கை இருட்டடித்து நமக்கு ஒன்றும் கிடைக்காமல் செய்து விடுகிறார்கள். கோர்ட்டுக்கு போனால் குறைந்தது ஒரு பத்து வருடமாவது ஆகி விடுகிறது. வக்கீல்களையும் தனது பண பலத்தினால் விலைக்கு வாங்கி விடுகிறார்கள். வக்கீலுக்கு நாம் கொடுக்கும் பீசை விட இரண்டு மடங்கு நான்கு மடங்கு என்று கொடுத்து நமது கேசே ஒரு வழி செய்து விடுகிறார்கள். இன்று நான் உங்களை பாராட்டினாலும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு இப்போது இருக்கும் கோர்ட்டு நிலைமை வக்கீல் நிலைமை கோர்க் ஏமாற்றுபவர்களின் தந்திரங்கள் கோர்ட்டுக்கு சென்றாலும் நான் இறந்த பிறகு கூட நீதி கிடைக்காது. அரசாங்க அலுவலகங்களின் தாமதத்தாலும் கோர்ட்டின் தாமதத்தாலும் எதுவும் ஒன்றுக்குமே பிரயோஜனப்படாமல் இருக்கிறது. இதை நான் கற்பனை செய்து சொல்லவில்லை நானும் ஓரளவுக்கு படித்து வக்கீல் ஆபிஸில் வேலை செய்து நிஜமாகவே நேரடியாகவே பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளேன் என்பதை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன். எனக்கு இப்போது வயது 70. கோர்ட்டில் என்னுடைய ஒரிஜினல் பத்திரத்தையே ஒளித்து வைத்து விட்டார்கள் கடைசியில் மேஜிஸ்ட்ரேட்டிடம் அழுது பெண் மேஜிஸ்ட்ரேட் கருணை உள்ளவராகியதால் அவரின் ஆணைப்படி கஷ்டப்பட்டு தேடி எடுத்து கொடுத்தார்கள். ஆகவே தயவு செய்து இந்த உண்மையை டெலிட் செய்யாமல் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மக்கள் பார்க்கும்படி செய்யவும். வாய்ப்புக்கு நன்றி.
