These are my lands I reign only as a native. Full on ways entirely out of the system and living. One day, one year.
Easy peasy 😂
we be getting out of Spanish rule with this one🔥🔥🔥
This beat hella fire🔥🔥
why this kinda go hard?
My ancestors and there ancestors hunted the Manahuactazle region in Southern Quintana Roo Mexico they fished the rivers and the mangroves for generations, they farmed the lands before anyone, my oldest ancestors on record are from the year 123 AD they fought resistance against Toltec hunters for hundred’s of years, these were the soldiers of the rulers of Mesoamérica who gathered slaves in the east from there territories in Western Pacific Chiapas and North Western Pacific Guatemala, my ancestors were not quitters they settled and traded with the Mayas, I know this due to Ancestry Testing and old scriptures which survived Colonization of my family’s lands, I also find my ancestors travelled to Veracruz settling there during the early colonial era where no land was taken yet, later I find that they travelled through Mexico as nomad to later settle in southwestern Texas with a outskirt nomadic Chiricahua people, I was born in Southern deep Guyana and the Mesoamerican is one deep historical piece of me and I still pass on the stories of my ancestors to the ones that started in there original native blood land, my other side is also deeply engraved in my soul and heart, my other side originates from the deep southern Guyanese-Brazilian Essequibo river I know this because I was raised here for generations I grew up in these lands and was the last generation raised un-contacted, I was raised on stilts built on the river coast only with what the motherland offered, my people made long trips that took days to weeks by canoe to the Essequibo delta to fish those waters and provide for my people for generations, if your wondering how I have this deep culture my people split ways while finding where to settle on the Pacific coast coming from who knows where most likely due to my ancestry data it had recollections from New Guinea, Tonga, New Zealand, and a deep African ancestry but that’s most likely not due to my deeper ancestors but more spread out being common in many different families due to the Atlantic Slave trade in The Americas, but back to the topic I don’t know exactly where my people originated or came from only the Sea but I know they split ways one travelled East to the Essequibo and Navigated the Delta and one travelled North from Peru through Ecuador Colombia and Panama all the way through Central America to reach Quintana Roo, I was contacted by some historians of some sort who viewed my people as a nomad civilization which settled and travelled they still are good friends and they are the ones who helped me find my bloodline and history of my people, they told me that my people also most likely made other permanent settlements while travelling with interest in The Gran Chaco, Choco Rainforest, Guanacaste Costa Rica, Rio coco/Coco river, Cayó district Belize, and Central Chiapas. My people knew how to build and the Mayas chose not to invade there territory to this day no one will know but we do know they preserved my families history by gifting personal artifacts and engravings into there cities. The preserved documents are legally mine and I chose to have them preserved in a private museum owned by those who helped me find my heritage.
Anyone here from EP assignments??
Волосы бы стоило собрать или короткую стрижку сделать. В один прекрасный день палочка застрянет в волосах.
i had to listen to this for school :(
This takes you just back in time
I am disappointed, I don't want Spanish blood but I have some. Luckily it seems my father carried more true Mexican blood. I'm a mix between Mexican and American blood, I have more than British blood, I plan to move back to Mexico where my father came from. The US has to be the worst place on this side of the world, at least on the internet. I plan to separate from any white family and make sure it gets drowned out by more Native and African blood. I'm tired of all these people, pissing me off left and right. They're racist sometimes, they're assholes sometimes, sometimes they're annoying, and sometimes they're all of the above. Talkin about the people up here in the US by the way. Sometimes they're good. But I'm done. I plan to reconnect with my ancestors. Leavin Christianity too. Done with it all. I don't know exactly what tribes or civilizations I'm descended from, but I'll find out.

Educational TL;DR Atekokoli, title of the album means Water Conch in nahuatl, an instrument that was used by both mayans and aztecs. Kukulkan: God of the winds and god of water depicted as a feathered snake and one of the creator gods of the Pupul Vuh, the holly mayan book. Kopan: It might e referring to the Mayan city of Copan in the far western department of Honduras of the same name that means bridge or gateway in nahuatl. Ahaw Kin: God of the sun, arts music and poetry, husband of Ixchel; goddess of the moon, love gestation, water and textile works Ek Chuah: god of cacao, merchants and god of war. The fish in Spongebob screaming CHOCOLATE!!!! might worship this god: ruclips.net/video/z8zTDvqHH6k/видео.html. Xibalba: The mayan underworld that is ruled by the 13 evil lords of the xibalba that bring disease, bad emotions and other forms of disgraces. In K'iche xibalba means Place Of Fear. Rotting Christ - In Yumen Xibalba: ruclips.net/video/wdasUo-RDJA/видео.html. Only if you like Extreme Metal Hurakan: From the K'iche' Hun meaning one and Raqan meaning leg, is the god of fire, winds, storms and the hurricane season. He is also known as the heart of the sky because he is composed of 3 gods: Caculba Hurakan the thunder, Chipa-Cakulha the lightning and Raxa Caculba the green lightning. Was also one of the creator gods in the Popol Vuh Hunahpuh: Hunahpuh is one of the legendary young twin mayan gods alongside his brother Ixbalanke. When he and his brother created the mayan ballgame, they disturbed the lords of the xibalba, and so the 13 lords challenged the twin brothers to complete a series of tasks, being the last one, to jump in a bonefire, ending the twins lives leaving only their bones. The lords of the xibalba ground the bones and threw them into the river. The twins where reborn as fishes in that river and then they became powerful men. They killed each other but also had the ability to resurrect each other and the gods of the underworld were fascinated by that power and also wanted to do it, but the twin brothers killed them and never resurrected them. Eventually Hunahpuh became the sun and Ixbalanke became the moon of xelaju(shell-ahoo) meaning xelaju Under The 10 Hills or Place Of The 10 Deers, referencing the area that is known today as the department of Quetzaltenango in the western side of Guatemala. There's the marimba group called Marimba Brisa del Hunahpú interpreta ruclips.net/video/PcQ9r0ffhSM/видео.html and there's a song called Luna de Xelaju - Moon of Xelaju, the original one made in 1944 by Paco Perez ruclips.net/video/ppk1bEj4NJc/видео.html and here is an instrumental one: ruclips.net/video/JMo3CBOqE04/видео.html, in case that you might want to check them. Xan: K'iche word for mosquito. Hunahpu, one of the mayan twin gods takes and transforms one of his hair into a mosquito. When the mosquito itches and sucks the blood out of one of the lords of the underworld, this one complains about it and the other underworld lords call him and each other by their names to figure out what's going on, and the twin brothers take note of their names. And so, it became the duty of the mosquitos to suck the blood out of people in roads and paths through the jungle. Ixtzul: The word means centipede. One of the challenges set by the lords of the xibalba was to perform 5 dances being the first four dances named for animals, and the fifth representing or recreating an act of harm. The first one is Xajoj Pujuy meaning dance of the whippoorwill, the second one is Xajoj Kux meaning dance of the weasel, the third one is Xajoj Ib'oy meaning dance of the armadillo, the fourth one is Xajoj Ixtzul meaning dance of the centipede which inspired that weird german doctor to create the human centipede(hahahahahaha, okay no.) and the fifth one being Xajoj Ch'itik meaning dance of the injury. Sorry Mexican brothers, no aztec stuff here, maybe the uploader innocently thought that the album had both aztec and mayan music 😞 Lo siento hermanos mexicanos, pero no hay nada azteca aqui, tal vez quien subio esto creyo inocentemente que este album tenia cosas tanto mayas como aztecas 😞.

We makin it outta Tenochtitlan with this one ☝️🙏💪🗣️🗣️🗣️💯💯💯💯
As a mexican, I find it weird that, except for Amalia García, no one has ever included voices and singing in prehispanic mesoamerican music. Aztecs, mayans and other indigenous populations surely must have sung in their languages, many of which we still know well enough.
There's actually a band called Anawak who does stuff like that! I recommend their albums Cuatro Aguilas and Primer Sol :D
There’s an Aztec ambient video on YT where the producer added poems read in Nahuatl by natives. Very beautiful to listen to. It’s Aztec Relaxing Music by Ambiental Planet.
Do you have a link for Amalia Garcia?
Que tú seas ignorante al respecto,es otra cosa ,hay o hubo muchos exponentes de la música prehispánica (Jorge Reyes,Antonio Zepeda, grupo tribu, Antonio quijas, tloque nahuque, tehual ne)etc.etc.
Absolutely phenomenal
I just found out I'm 40% mesoamerican Indian, love the music
We making it out of Tikal with this one🔥
full blown mayan here loving my music this sounds and feels original 🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾
❤
Bout to make it out of the Kajtalil with this one.
Imagine a Namor film with this kind type of music, that would be epic.
FR
Alguien nos puede traducir los títulos de las canciones? Por favor 😅
21:00 "Hurakan" is such a bop fr
This reminds me of 12/21/12.
Is this music accurate for the music of the time?
I love listening to this! You can feel our ancestors through these sounds.
I cant stop thinking about the death howl flutes if some of this type of music was inspired during a siege, you could have someone bring out the flute to calm everyone down and thereby communicate with the besiegers through music, despite being far away they could almost talk to each other, given most of the words would've been pretty colorful xD
Makes me want to cover myself in mud and leaves and hunt in the jungle.
Muchas gracias por esto tan bonito que nos permite experimentar al escuchar esta música, como dicen aqui nos reconecta con nuestra raiz. Viva todas las culturas nativas del continente Americano.
Why does this song play in my head whenever I'm walking through a park while it's raining
So glad this is finally getting attention.
are there texts on whatever form to read about this music ? or is it oral transmission ? How this music is supposed to be actual aztec music?
If you have a cat this is the perfect music to play! :P
Can't wait to vibe to this kind of music in Natlan next year in Genshin
YESS
Bellísima música me encanta gracias
