    Pretty fine 25 minutes, I think whoever is skinny should definetly give it a go. The only way to not be a skinny fuckup is to pick yourself up and be consistent with it. And if you lack motivation then just keep going downhill untill you hit rock bottom, the motivation there will be waiting for you, but by then it might be too late.

    Your analogy of science is fitting. However. As someone who has tried both the ketogenic diet and carnivore diet, and have experienced great effects from it, it is a diet that is not optimal for whole body longevity. That doesn't mean you cannot get old on it (especially if you eat a balanced diet regardless), but it statistically decreases your chance of getting old. You can however get a lot more done in a shorter timeframe with that energy. It is important to understand that the human body is not one thing, but billions of different things we group under the same name. It is important to understand that they all have a different history. Some of our ancestors ate exclusively meat, some only for a short period, etc. It is okay to share your opnion on what you think is correct, or what works for you, but you don't prove it by getting the many body tests done to confirm your theory on yourself. If there is one thing carnivore/keto promoters never do, it is to provide credible evidence (at least a proof that it is physically benefitting them, rather than through experience). For some people a chocolate bar makes them feel great, but it causes harm in their body. Their experience doesn't validate their claims fully. My mother, for example, thinks that drinking coffee before going to bed affects her sleep quality, because she falls asleep right away, and gets up early in the morning for her job. That does not prove it does not interfere with her sleep. I am all against "scientism" and just straight up believing any scientific article without review and personal testing.     These tips have worked for you, but you should realize that everybody is different. 1. You're saying intensity above volume and frequency. Sure, this works for some people. For others, like me, volume and frequency are king. I've never held as much muscle as when I was going 6 days a week high volume, RPE8 on all lifts. My training partner had the exact opposite experience, he stagnated after we switched to 6 days PPL from 3.5 days a week GZCL. 2. Fasted training works for me much better than for my training partner. But as it turns out I have ulcerative colitis (an IBD) that makes it a huge chore for me to digest anything. For guys on keto fasted can also work better, but a pre-workout meal is better for 90% of gen pop.

    As a general rule, yes. Dont eat all this processed food that we never ate as a species. However as a civilisation we had to use agriculture to survive and as Europeans we found America and with that exloration we got foods like potatoes amongst other things that was growing in south america. A lot of these foods like rice and potatoes we use for high calorie intake because we need energy to function. To say that we shouldnt eat beans, and a bunch of other foods is a bit extreme. However you still have some good points. Personally i try to stick to potato, rice, pasta for carbs. And for protein and fat i use chicken, beans, eggs, beef (try to go for chicken over beef tho) and maybe other foods i cant think of right now. If you do that and with an intake that matches your height, age and activity then you should be fine. Portion control is vital.

    i agree with not consuming sunflower oil but rapeseed oil or oliveoil is pretty much your best options when it comes to cooking.
