1- tower troops are interesting, but it's a real balancing nightmare, that's basically it. Not a bad designed feature at all imo, just a volatile one. 2- trader is just whatever, man. it's a nice bonus ig. 3- evolutions implementation is fundamentally dogshit. If it was something tied to an ability that costs elixir (like champions or idk, a pokemon z move) or a buffed card that costs more elixir to be placed with the buff, something like this, but because it's cycle tied, it means that decks with faster cycle are naturally favored, and that evolutions linked to heavier deck's need to be both broken AND low cycle, etc etc. Also take commitments to unlock and are a straight up better version of the card, wich sucks. By itself the concept isn't so bad, we have megaevos on pokemon and that works just fine, but evos are fundamentally poorly designed. idk if considering how hard things are to get/level is the way to go because locking gameplay changing features behind paywalls is a dogwater idea by itself, card levels as a feature is the worst thing this game have.

They should invest in the tower troops and champions instead, its something really unique.

I thought tower troops were a terrible idea from the very start, it is impossible to make them 100% equal in balance and when a tower troop is op it is way more obnoxious than an op card

I never found tower troops appealing tbh, they made interactions so much harder to remember and are really hard to balance, along with the fact you have to UNLOCK them to use them. To me, princess towers were a core part of the gameplay, adding tower troops is the equivalent to adding a third bridge in the middle of the river.
