We are all in boats, there are people waiting for us to act the faith we profess, to exercise what we believe and deliver the souls that are perishing in sin, those who are on the highway to hell. Some storms are challenging the advancement of the kingdom of God. Jonah was sleeping at the wrong time. Oh Lord! Give every believer the ability to be the representative and ambassador that you have called us to be.❤🎉
The following Bible passage describes the sickening practice of sex slavery. How can this god or monster think it is moral to sell your own daughter as a sex slave? "When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are. If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again. But he is not allowed to sell her to foreigners, since he is the one who broke the contract with her. And if the slave girl’s owner arranges for her to marry his son, he may no longer treat her as a slave girl, but he must treat her as his daughter. If he himself marries her and then takes another wife, he may not reduce her food or clothing or fail to sleep with her as his wife. If he fails in any of these three ways, she may leave as a free woman without making any payment." (Exodus 21:7-11)

😂😂😂😂 Our Nigerian mentality, culture, beliefs and understanding differs. One of the main reasons why most Africans (those who don’t wear trousers back home) in diaspora wear trousers to church here is basically because of cold apart from it being their dressing here. But me as a Nigerian, I used to wear trousers back home before and after graduation but later stopped because of personal reasons. I’m a child of God I feel that it attracts so many unwanted attention from the opposite sex, both serious and unserious ones. Trousers bring out your figure and it can be protruding if you’re endowed. So it made me uncomfortable and I stopped wearing it. I began to wear skirts and gowns only and little or no makeup until I got married. I was wearing skirt the day I met my husband and no makeup at my place of work and he said he has seen me like twice or thrice before he decided to approach me. After marriage my husband asked me why I don’t wear trousers (he knows I’m born again) and I told him. He said he knows that feeling but now I’m married I can try it out with covered T-shirts because I was particular about my figure and backside being pronounced and protruding. So little by little I began to wear it once in a very long while. Till now in diaspora, I wear it basically because of weather but have never worn it to church and I won’t. Noo! It’s not my thing. Church is a building and not outside so there’s no cold in there. I wear my church outfits, hose and my boots during cold weather and I’m good to go. Some men maybe carried away by the things they are seeing which isn’t good at all. So as a Christian, it is good we dress appropriately to certain places. No one gains anything by wearing anything that will distract men in the house of God or even anywhere at all. This is my opinion though because this is how I see it.

It’s an assignment we ought not to loose sight of when we get there. We must not allow distractions take our focus of why we are really there

She's there to lead worship and is talking for a good 7 minutes. Why doesn't she leave the preaching to the Pastors? What a bad habit.
And what is wrong with that she just gave a charge before ministering
@carolin_e26 The Bible says there is time for everything. It is time to worship not to give a charge of 7 minutes. Those who agree with her actions epitomize the indiscipline of Christianity that makes many turn away from the church.
And that's all you got. Not all singers do that to belittle the office of the preacher or outshine them but just bring the congregation into certain atmosphere for their ministration to have an effect.

What she said is so solid. Being ok just being in the presence of God. He doesn’t always have to speak and that’s ok. Just being in the same room just like a husband and wife being ok just being in each other’s presence. That’s fine and that’s safe.
