I'm a hardgainer bro, and what i realized that what worked for me is that i needed to be in a calorie surplus. Also, that other "diets" wouldn't work for me because when you're on a bulk, diets like keto, paleo, vegan,and low carb, are NOT Conducive for being & staying in an anabolic state. In order to build muscle and bulk up, you NEED carbs and good fats. Carbs are your friend,

Im already looking back with regret. At the time I thought i was making the most of my time, but now I realize I wasted so much of it on someone who didn't care about me. Really unfortunate, yk? Regardless im here now and yet am still making mistakes lol
Hey man one thing that always helps me is remembering….we have the choice to change, we have the choice to no longer let that thing in the past affect us..we quite literally have the control to how we perceive these things happening in our life & we also have the control to determine how we let it affect us. When we start to understand that our scenario is often other people’s reactions & our perception of it….you start to realize how much of the power & control is actually more in our hands than theirs. I hope this helps dude. You are the only person stopping yourself from being the individual you want to be

Can I take creatine? I have 30 percent body fat
It could help for sure. The whole reason so many people see benefits when supplementing with Creatine is because it will fill our muscles with additional energy & water, which allows our muscles to produce more energy for longer, recover better & as a byproduct we often see strength increases. The only downfall, is possible water retention. If you simply started to increase your water intake gradually, and also keeping in mind that for the first 1-2 weeks you might appear as though you’re gaining fat (it is usually your body adjusting to water intake and this will likely be flushed out) then it’s a great move in my opinion. However, as I mentioned in my video on when to take Creatine, and due to the fact that you believe you’re around 30% body fat, if you just up your water intake and prioritize protein, you’ll likely find a lot of water weight starting to flush out ….once you get consistent with this you will start dropping weight when paired with a proper nutritional strategy….at this point, when you’re a bit leaner, this is a good time to take Creatine as it will mitigate some of the initial water weight gain (and it will more likely be stored in your muscles rather than a bloat look in the midsection)…hope this helps my man. I never knew that you need carbs to stay hydrated, I thought that you need to drink water. \Imagine cutting carbs and drinking water to stay hydrated but probably without carbs water will not work.

Finally, someone who's not repeating the carnivore/keto nonsense. There is no medical or scientific proof to support the carnivore or keto diet. Sadly, there are about 5 so-called "doctors" on YT who are repeating each other and making bank on the keto/carnivore trend diet nonsense. The Cattle Industry is laughing all the way to the bank. Truth is that we all need to return to home-cooked meals, from scratch, and avoid fast food, restaurants, and packaged foods.

You are young and just talk, all the enterprises look the way to take advantage of you, the more you exceed in whatever is that you do and they're getting profit from you they're happy to have you aboard, but for any reason you no longer produce you are not needed any more. Yea i get that alot theres times were i really dpnt want to go tonthe gym but i have to cause i didnt set my goal for nothing so my way of doing it is having my parents take my phone away not that im in trouble i need them to so they tell me go to the gym and come back and finish anf you get your stuff back
That’s one way to do it💪keep in mind you eventually want to get to a point where you can discipline yourself from your own inner voice..but hey if that works for you then by all means 💪😤
