I was Master 4 and deranked to Silver 3... In the last season i had a huge 57 lose streak. (I was hardstuck Master in OW1 for years) A Lucio told me today its not his job to heal us... xD we should follow him (the fastest hero... sure)

Don't blame that doom for being toxic, he got confused and scared that an actual girl spoke to him for the first time in his life and humans were built that we often get angry when we are scared. Also, I'm not a girl, but I have some friends who are girls and I've learned that if someone is being radically sexist, that might either mean that he is just a terrible person or he is trying to rizz you by "pretending to be an alpha", which is BS anyway because a real alpha does not mute you if he loses the argument and does not go crying on text chat. One of my female friends often teased these sexists by acting like a dominatrix and she literally told them that they will only get healed if they beg for her. It was a bit scary at times because she had insane punchlines like "If my boyfriend aimed like you, we would have no chance to have children" (if you are told that, you can start burying yourself bro, you ain't recovering from this), and combined with the "beg for heals" tactic, it was super effective. Some people threw such cusswords precisely designed to offend women that literally the whole lobby agreed to report and avoid them. She is the female version of gigachad.
