Decans are different than this. They are determined based on the degree of your sun/planets. These are basically archetypes for higher evolved Scorpios or other zodiac signs.

Thank you for your question, I would look at this in two ways. First, look at each number individually and combine the meanings. The number 2 has to do with personal growth, friendship, love and balance and 7 has a spiritual representation. Basically, this combination implicates a time of spiritual growth and balance in these areas. Now if you add the numbers together you get the number 9 which is a completion or ending. This ending does not have to be absolute but it does mean an end to a way of doing, thinking, or existing. Cumulatively, I would gather that this number is "haunting" because it requires growth/change and an end to something. Often change is not easy and painful. I have some other thoughts but I will begin here. Let me known your thoughts, I intend to do more videos on the subject so if you have not subscribed please do and like/share for more content.
