Did a full rebuild on my BBs LM Wheels all new screws and painted center. It was really timeconsuming took me arround 2 Months with on / off working. those came with my Nissan Silvia S15 Spec R and they were in really bad condition. I noticed you jacked up one side at a time rather than from the front. I can’t find a front part to jack up my zc31s. Do these Swift sports not have any?

Just one comment, why not clean the discs of all the greasy fingerprints etc? I mean those were quite nasty :) I know the heat will take care of a lot of it, but I always clean the discs of as much grease as I can. Why contaminate the pads when it`s not necessary. Otherwise, nice job.
Its certenly better to clen the disc before you drive thats correct, but that little bit has not much to none impact so i can live with it ;)

Hey Dom, just picked mine up. 2009er model. I used a cigarettelighter adapter to try and charge my phone in it, but since then the mileage gauge up on the dash and also the radio wont turn on. Is there anything generally known for them to be linked together? Sort of a internal cable burning? And yes im super pleased, tons of fun around the corner. Do you suggest one of the aftermarket stereos from aliexpress to replace the radio?
@@dreadnought3039 hi, thats good to hear that youve made the right desicion with the car, i would go for another stereo then aliexpress, maybe a bose or something like that This with the cluster could be many things but i think the device that you plugged in has a defect and you burnt a fuse in the car

Difficult to say the mps is on another level because it has double the amount of hp so i would go with the mps, but for a cheap commuter and for accational mountain driving the swift would be better because the condumption is that low but still fun to drive
Those are a Lot of km, have You had any reliability issue? The noise on cold start might be improved by a valve lash adjustment
Now there are a lot more km on the car😂 no big issues so far just a seized caliper🤷🏻♂️

Hello! Amazing video - thank you for showing all of the detail. I have done a switchback upgrade for the parker and the indicators and now looking at replacing the halogen low beam for a bi xenon option. Have you seen if there's a retrofit kit?

Hi from a Zurich expat! I was looking in Feb and couldn't find a low milage Cayman under 50K so ended buying something completely different. Maybe I should have looked at a few high milage cars :-) Will be interesting to hear if you have costly problems.
Yeah same i looked arround 1.5 years for one and snatched it up as it came online😁 Hopefully i dont have to much problems, it has still warranty though

Ok spec D is for the UK and type G for Switzerland when my research is correct
That makes sense, alloys and interior are correct the only thing they have changed is the rear spoiler

Yes im from Switzerland, this car was allready imported when we purchased it, but import coast roathly 5-6k
