@@bgdawg1 Orcas are not there to have fun and are not fed well at all. Take a trip behind the red curtain. They are stuck in a small pool instead of swimming freely at least 100 miles a day at speeds of 45 mph. More or less they only get fed when they perform well. Were Sea World can't provide enrichment or stimulation, so night they have nothing to do. Out of frustration they perform stereotypic behaviors like chewing on concrete, floating in one place lifeless, fight with each other and continuously smack their heads on the walls of the enclosure. These animals don't sleep for more than a hour, give or take, but they do it by shutting 1/2 theirs brains down and always with on eye open. Do you really think this is fun for them? This a prison. Because of frustration, boredom, poor diets, and stress, they don't live to their life expectancy of 100 years in the wild. they die around the age of 20 in these hell holes.
