When did you really film this? I was in Cozumel July 2023 & NO ONE was wearing masks.
Looks like you received the neutered Covid version of breakfast. We just ate there this morning and it was pretty good. I’m a heat seeker and the Mexican breakfast foods were surprisingly untamed. Buffet food catering to Americans usually doesn’t hit the mark with me but I was thoroughly impressed. The place isnt “boojie” by any means, but it’s pretty reasonable for the price.
Should have went to the Barcelo Maya in Riviera Mexico . Been there 9 times and its 6 resorts in 1. If you stay at the adults only you get to use the 5 other resorts but they can't go to yours. I'm a premium member and we book a swim up room at the Caribe resort and can use 5 out of the 6 resorts(not Adults only) . Foods great , pools great , beach is great and they have a mall within the resort this has a bar called Strikers and in this area they have10pin bowling , pool ,video games and a bar with food. GREAT PLACE ....JUST DO IT
We love that resort too. been many times..just need to try something different.
How is the Transfer from the Airport to the Hotel ?
Very smooth. They have a car waiting for you. Just avoid all the people trying to sell you excursions.
Why is everyone still wearing mask?
Most people still wear masks cause it's recommended. During this trip there was an outbreak of COVID so masks were strongly encouraged.

Did you just recently go? Just wondering as you had masks on? Is there really no bar at adult pool?? Looking at booking this resort.
The mask was recommended due to new covid outbreaks. there is a bar at the adult pool. It's hit or miss if there's a bartender there. It's a great property overall and you won't be disappointed.
@@djnvera Thank you. I’m guessing when we go in February they will require masks again I assume 🤦🏻. How was the AC? Reading reviews it wasn’t very good?

We went in late July early August and the AC for the room was fine. The common areas like the buffet and restaurants were pretty hot.
