I realise what a big blessing it is to have these girls around...
We had just walked back together from a beautiful Christmas programme of rendering of Christmas carols by each Department (staff and students) and also the non-teaching staff from the offices of Lady Doak College. Many participated... more than 20 groups in all - singing carols in English, Tamil, Hindi and French. It was truly a blessed Christmas Fellowship and one of a kind I've never seen before on this campus in my 37 years here! Our open air theatre was full and overflowing.

This was a video taken in Jayakar's home - when the girls were practicing on the morning of the competition. We were trying our best to finish the song within the allotted 3 minutes....we found that we were tending to slow down in the second half.
