The advice on food to reduce depression was very good so I'm considering subscribing, yet this intro with its jangly background noise is a deterrent.

I take it in powdered Glycinate form discussed in this clip. Works for me.
Such a helpful video doctor. I’ve battled depression for years, but after using Planet Ayurveda’s Brahmi capsules and Ashwagandha, I finally feel a lot more balanced and calm. If anyone’s dealing with similar mental health issues, their herbs are definitely worth exploring.

How does drinking more water lower blood pressure? My doctor prescribed diuretics to reduce the water in my system to lower my blood pressure. These seem contradictory.
Water helps to dilute salt and sugar in the blood, making it thinner so it can flow more easily around our organs. It also helps to break down the foods we eat. I am not a doctor. This is just my opinion
