If you're having troubles deciding what the 5th title should be for season mode, you could borrow from Synster Software who made up some belts for the ECW Blackout edition game. They added a ECW Extreme Championship in place of the WWF Hardcore Championship. I think FTW was European, TV was IC and Tag and World were obviously the same.

That background music during gameplay is the chef's kiss. A ECW game that uses AKI engine is a dream. If you could add interactive tables, 4 player cage matches, blood stains on the mat... Give me that cart ASAP
