This is my first sports bike and I also had lessons on the MT-07 and was afraid that the ZX4RR would be more difficult to make sharp turns, but I actually feel a lot more confident with the ZX4RR so I wouldn't worry about it. I think you would enjoy it compared to the MT-07 and I think the zx4rr is a very good beginner bike.

@@Dutchzx4rr How do tou like it so far? Any complaints for now? Been seeing a lot of Americans complaining lack of power on low/mid rpms range but I reckon the American version comes restricted to 54hp or so. Can you overtake cars on a highway easily enough to do it safely?

@@stoneyjohnny9018 I like it very much. no complaints at all. for me the power is more then enough to overtake safely on the freeway. I think if you are a beginner rider then 70/80hp is the perfect amount of power.

@@dxrkst8623 It has not been tuned or flashed. it is a European model so it already has full power. 77hp (80hp ram air) according to Kawasaki. I don't think there is much more to be gained from it.

@@24luxfilms42 Thanks for watching and subscribing. So far I haven't had any problems, but I think that's just a matter of time, you're very noticeable with the sound it produces. every time I see the police I think this is the time my luck ran out so I don't drive it all the time. Somethimes I swap it with the stock exhaust if i don't want anny trouble. I can recommend it because it sounds great, but is it worth it.

@@Dutchzx4rr That's a very good point, any police encounters become infinitely more stressful when you have the S1 on. Have you had the chance to hear the SC1-S in real life ? I'm also thinking about this one, but I can't find any good audio of it on youtube so I'm afraid it's gonna sound similar to stock. Cheers !

@24luxfilms42 I haven't heard it in real life. But I'm afraid it won't sound very different from the stock one. I hope I'm wrong because I would like something between the stock and the S1 in terms of loudness and sound.

@@Dutchzx4rr I have the same exact concern haha ! If you're looking for something a tiny bit louder than stock but with greatly improved sound, I can totally recommend the zx-4rr akrapovic exhaust sold by kawasaki. Heard it at the dealership last week and man was it sweet. Only downside, it costs more than 1000 euros which is SUPER expensive for a muffler. If you have the budget, defo go for it. In my case, I found another EU legal option for just around 400 euros called the Shark SRC 4. Can't find much info on it for the ZX-4RR, but I heard some clips on youtube of the pipe mounted on a GSX 750 (with inline 4 engine) and it sounded amazing. Might post a clip of it on my channel if I get it, so others interested can have a reference

@@hardcore8575 Gewoon rustig aan doen. Ik rij meestal ook gewoon rustig hoor alleen als het echt kan geef ik een beetje gas. Hier zijn natuurlijk de meeste saaie stukken tussen uitgeknipt dus lijkt het nog wat. Schrok wel ff dat ze langsreden ik was al bang gezeur te krijgen over die uitlaat.

@@terminator4974 O leuk joh, viel het mee? De eerste keer dat ik moest lessen dacht ik echt waar ben ik aan begonnen ik ga het nooit halen met die paar lesjes. Leuk dat je motor al zo snel geleverd kan worden. Ik had mijne ook 3 maanden voor ik mijn rijbewijs haalde al gekocht.

Ik denkt precies hetzelfde met dat sturen "counter steering" voelt heel gek nog kreeg het ook amper/niet voor elkaar op de eerste les "duwen naar links" om naar links te gaan etc in zn 1" Het zal wel loslopen. Idd super dat ie zo snel al komt ze hebben em vandaag binnen gekregen hoorde ik net (in Nijeveen terbraake) Ik heb een grote oprit wss een paar kleine rondjes doen als ik framesliders krijg en nog meer lessen heb gehad hehe

@@terminator4974 Ja alles is lekker prijzig hè. ik heb zelf ook een Shoei en een pak met laarzen van Alpinestars voor de warme maanden en voor de koudere maanden een relatief goedkoop setje van Rev’it.

@@terminator4974 Gefeliciteerd! De performance is wel erg mooi en dan ben je op zich ook meteen klaar. Ik had achteraf gezien ook beter de performance kunnen kiezen. iig heel veel plezier en veilige kilometers gewenst.

@@terminator4974 dat is precies wat ik toen ook dacht. maar had die Akrapovic er toch wel graag bij gehad. los vindt ik hem erg prijzig.

@@terminator4974 Ik rij nu een paar maanden, heb eind maart mijn rijbewijs gehaald. Dus dit is ook mijn eerste motor. Ik ben zelf 1,80 mijn gewicht schommelt tussen de 80 en 85 kilo en het rijd super goed. Ik rij ook af en toe met iemand achterop met een beetje hetzelfde postuur als ik. maar dan heeft hij het wel wat moeilijker. Ik zou gewoon een afspraak maken om even proef te rijden. Mij bavalt de motor erg goed iig.

@@pieterjacobs7943 Ik vindt hem redelijk comfortabel. Dit is mijn eerste motor en heb verder alleen op een mt-07 en een Aprillia RS660 gereden maar die waren voor mij een stuk minder comfortabel. Met de Zx4rr krijg ik na 2 uur rijden alleen een beetje last van mijn pols en een tintelend gevoel in mijn handen maar dat is na een paar minuten pauze weer weg. Dus al met al ben ik wel tevreden met het comfort.

@@Dutchzx4rr dank voor je snelle reactie. Fijn om te horen. Dit zou mijn eerste supersport zijn. Heb nog een adventure en een cafe racer wel met clip ons, maar kijk uit naar de ZX4RR. In BE helaas bij de dealer niet meer in 40th anniversary te verkrijgen. Geniet er van 👍 en leuke content kerel.

Thanks! I would also like to test the zx6r sometime. It seems like a really cool bike. but I'm a bit older and already have some back problems so I don't know if it's suitable for me.

@@Dutchzx4rr I can relate to that, have a while longer before I’m too concerned with my back(30 next year), but I do find myself moaning and groaning coming to a stop at intersections, I feel the stiffness coming. The 4rr seems like more than enough bike, but that real aggressive attitude and presence of the 6r is intoxicating lol
