Sir, where did you attach the tiny spring you've found in bottom box. You've inadvertently covered it with your hand it when you attached it. I've open my printer which sustains the same problem, and have found the same tiny spring. Pls reply. Thanks

I put one end in the silver hook next to the big spring and the other end at the black thing
