Is this like stage production

The lights feel a little too busy at some points like 18 -35 seconds into the song and again at 55 sec where the lights are following the strumming. Also at 1:47 into where Scylla is being introduced as a monster it gets a bit rave like. I feel like you would have to put a seizure warning for people who are epileptic with how fast the lights are flickering. I guess for me I feel it takes away the initial impact of the song and emotion the singers and music are bringing to the stage. I love the direction it's going though with the color ideas! It would be stunning to see in person, especially if you can emphasize the weight the song has through the lights. You're doing awesome keep up the good work!

okay, idea, what if we have six lights shine when Scylla says "hello" and after each scream and death of a crew each light goes out one by one till it's *dark* and then it could brighten up a bit to reveal Scylla again once she sings "we are the same you and I" alongside Ody ??

Really well thought out! I had pictured there possibly being more white and purple lights to make it more ominous and when Scylla attacks, the lights change to flashing red and this sort of "flickering" effect as this could help with whatever props they prepare for the monster's heads "eating" the crew

The six men Scylla catches could be done through dancing dragon puppets modeled after eels, if the coreography's done right they could need just a couple of them.

Starting the binge here. Ill say as a performer, I think whats best to keep in mind is how hard this is. Lighting that follows actors and performers would require (normally in tech) to know the choreography. Which there, from what I know, is none. And all are dependant on abilities and stage of the venue. So regardless of how it may look now or compared to a theatrical final product; ell fuckin done to you my friend.

What does the ending imply

So, this could be possible... Use a raised platform for Scylla's actress and actors clothed like her toothy mouths. The toothy actors grab the six actors holding the torches and basically backwards tackle them into crashmats backstage. They would be actors that trust each other enough to not hurt each other during said tackle of course

I like to think during this song, Poseidon puppeteers Odyessus and his crew around the stage showing how powerless they really are and there’s a lot of projection lighting.

I love how the chaos of the lights mimics the cracking of lightning. It's thematically appropriate but also, in a theatre, it would make focusing your eyes on the stage difficult which is a great way to relay the panick going through the character's brains in this scene. If I would change anything, I would put Zeus on a floating balcony, perhaps being attended to by a few scantily clad women. I don't think this Zeus would ever lower himself to a mortal's level and it would be a cute reference to the deus ex machina.

Talk about an entrance! The lighting and the fog make Zeus appear so mighty. Hats off!

Can I please use this for reference when I animate this sequence, mainly for lighting cues?

This is amazing but for the very end where Ody says "I'll become the monster", I imagine only a single spotlight on him before...every single light goes out when that little *VRRRR* sound effect hits. End of Act 1.
