Where’s the Eb clarinet? Snares should be off for Earl of Oxford March, it creates a better representation of the time of William Byrd. You can’t do this piece without Eb clarinet!!!!! It’s some great writing for Eb clarinet!!!! Ugghhhh for shame!!!!!!!

Astounding technique (of course, it's Steven Mead). Amusing antics between entrances (if only he could have pulled a union jack out of his pocket). But... three minutes before we hear the theme? I was beginning think that he was playing the theme in retrograde and I just wasn't catching on.

Beautiful. I am an oboist in the 8th grade playing the first part for my wind symphony band. Also, the clarinet was absolutly gorgeous! Same as with the french horn!
