Never seen someone sculpting final details while at the same time still needing to blockout/refine most of the model. Thats why your end results looks wonky. Focus on primary forms, go onto the secondary forms, and finally some minor details(wrinkles etc) then add your tertiary detailing.

I am facing problem with the density map, it brush isn't showing the circle(brush size) and I'm not able to paint.
Make sure, you have a proper brush size selected if that doesn't works, then reset your maya preferences!
