This is not safe for the neighbor, someone riding around showing their houses off this is not safe at all you put the neighbors that lived there in danger as you can see it’s not a gated community or the neighbors having gated entrance on a driveway

Thanks for sharing this. Brings back memories of early morning runs along sections of the trail when I lived in Georgetown. Over FSK bridge, down the trail to 14th st bridge, along the Basin and up the National Mall and back to G'town. Good times.

Are the sandy trails difficult to bike through? We have slightly wider tires on Trek hybrid comfort bike. Is it correct that the paved portion is two mile long? I saw it somewhere.

I grew up here, and this is still the nicest neighborhood in NE Columbia. Home prices are still very reasonable - unlike older downtown (Heathwood, Gregg Park, etc.). Wonderful bike tour BTW. 🙂

We have so many beautiful roads like this in Oregon (a little bit hilly tho) but I feel bad for people trying to enjoy them on a bike! Drivers are awful
