I know the average IQ’s by ethnicity and I’m 100% positive that this man has an IQ of 90 while me and my daughters have IQ’s of 126 and 135. So it’s a no brainer that complex jobs are much easier for us and your offspring will be competing against mine for higher paying jobs. You lack the ability to control your emotion and impulsive thoughts and even your brains are different than ours, you lean towards animalistic behaviors in your analysis of situations which makes working or living around you nearly impossible since you constantly fear people will try to take things from you and push you down on the income bracket. Our people are open and friendly and taken at face value, we don’t hide some agenda to destroy others yet when we try to be friends with you we have to deal with people like this guy. As a retired Army Infantryman I’m well stocked for any event that would interrupt my food, water, power and medical supplies. Then if there’s a situation that allows unchecked criminal activities, I’m well armed and well supplied to sustain extended periods of tactical combat operations. And since your ‘people’ think just as you do, I refuse to live anywhere near them, I tried to be the good neighbor many times but they always end the same way, I get so tired of watching the ‘inferiority complex’ body language when I meet good men from your group and it saddens me since I would’ve been a loyal friend as I am to my other friends. I suggest you abandon this way of thinking and choose better friends who don’t think like you do now.

I have family members who access what I have. They always wanting my stuff that I buy in quantities just incase of storms and you get find in stores. If I give it all away then that defeats the purpose of buying in quantities because I live on a budget . I have a coworker who comes over from time to time and she seems uneasy the last 2 times she has come over .. When she leaves I have said I wont have her over again. She asking to come over again and I dont want her in my home dont know what to say. Lol I change the subject. Thought she was a friend but shes not. Most of us who are honest and kindhearted choose friends who hold the same values. So it is usually at work or some other group that we run into these kinds of people, but it’s sometimes hard to pick up on there ulterior motives. I recently moved into income based apartment and have discovered across the board how soulless and unethical the property staff AND the corporate office are- They actually are against those of us who are responsible tenants and the good we do they try to turn around and make it bad-I can’t wrap my mind around it. A very dark day in my family‘s history I will never forget. It was the mid 70s more like 73 or 74. My dad just retired from the military in Alaska. That’s where we were stationed at…my dad decided to drive all the way from Alaska to Columbus Georgia. It was an experience as a kid I’ll never forget - but what we didn’t know was the pure evil that was about to come our way, once we got to Columbus…my dad and mom looked for a house for us to live in. They settled in a neighborhood that we didn’t know anything about; not too long after moving there, some of the people in the neighborhood began to want to get to know my mom and dad…according to my mom, it was a couple of guys who came over and got very friendly with them, this went on for a while, a few months or so, until one morning, our entire family slowly woke up from a very groggy, sleepy, dizzy feeling. Next thing I heard, was my mother screaming at the top of her lungs. I remember my dad panicking, running around the house, checking on us to see if all 6 kids were ok. We looked around…the house had been ransacked beyond belief. I like a tornado had hit the interior of the house…I mean, they destroyed the place, looking for whatever was of value. Coins, clothes, books, and framed pictures were strewn everywhere. Shattered glass was on the floor. Basically, we got robbed, and that because we had our window fans on at night, someone sprayed a chemical substance through the window fans that totally knocked us out. That dark moment, traumatized me, and the family for a long time and was never spoken about again. They could have killed us. But we were spared. Years later, I found out, that it was a friend and his cousin that came over one day unknowingly surveyed the place and set us up for the robbery. My mom and dad trusted these individuals too much. It didn’t take as long to move out of that neighborhood as fast as we could.

I had a work friend who was about to lose her realtor job, Since I had already looked at a house, I decided to have her as my realtor so she could keep her job. Well, afterwards, she started acting strange. At the time, I read online that an FHA loan would change private mortgage insurance for the life of the loan/previously it was for 5 years if you paid at least 20% of the overall mortgage. I told her this and she said, you better believe it. I was willing to close earlier, but she delayed because she wanted to plan and give her son a graduation party. Had we not waited, this wouldn’t have been an issue. We closed and had to move everything during the week, so I could clean/have the rental walkthrough. She visited the house. Oh you have nice vinyl tiles. I said thanks, but they’re slate. She told me they weren’t, like I didn’t purchase them and pay someone to install. Then, she tapped her shoes on the tile and later tapped her hands on the tile. Afterwards she agreed that it was slate. She wanted to talk, so I walked into the living room, but she said she’d rather sit in my office. So we’re talking and she points out that I had a hairline scratch near the bottom of my desk. Now, I’d visited her home once when she invited folks over for Thanksgiving, but I never commented on her house that had uneven stairs, nor dining table that had all mixed matched chairs. She wanted a permanent job at the workplace, so she started hounding. Another arch enemy of hers who was experienced asked me about a job. The visit was short, but she was pissed because she thought I got the girl a job. But, she qualified based on her disability. I ended up retiring early. She said that she wanted to be in charge of the party. Well, the messages were so confusing to the point where nobody knew anything about it until I was in the lobby. The room full of folks were the ones who met me in the hallway. The awards and reserved room were compliments to our front office who get everything together last minute. My boss was an old co-worker who hated the fact that the higher ups valued my work and my opinion more than his. He even brought a big picture of his grandfather in his confederate uniform. I really let too many things slide with him. Meanwhile, my “friend” kept asking me what was I going to do, since I had to retire two years after buying the house. It was almost like she was hoping I’d lose everything when I had been nothing but supportive of her. Well, I didn’t sell and there’s no communication. Jokes on her because the house was paid off in 5 years. If I ever decide to move, it will be on my own terms.
