I think doing patch test on arm is not ok ...we use different products of hands and face so face skin is different I once use rice powder directly on my face and skin get irritated but lovely diys my skin is sensitive

Actually the vitamin A in the carrots are unactivat form, so is not retinol, I don't know if it will be active while mixing it but you can find retinol easily in the eggs yolks.

Carrot is good but dont believe itll become retinol straight to your skin 🤣 watch lab muffin science. Topical retinol is better for the skin rather than eating carrot so dont believe it will reach your skin to address skin concerns. Yes it will be good for your body tho!
