How do I install VMware Tools? install VMware tools greyed out and manually install darwin.iso fails. I can't find a compatible version.

I did everything as you showed in the video, my specs are: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with windows 10 Home... but i am stuck at the boot apple logo. No progression bar is showing. I even added the command smc.version = "0" and even edited the command smc.present = "TRUE" to "FALSE"... Please Help!

The step is explained to fast for me. the lsblk -e7 does not fit in my screen...and maybe I have to format the former Win11 partition first? Or even delete and create a new partition... so I'm stuck. Does anyone know where to get more infos on that part?
