Tbh I think it was mainly because of loading times Everyone was trying to get on after the 10+ hours of maintenance so the servers were dying and usually the longer to the likely to get four stars
doubled rates. fes rates are 6%, which means if you have the expected luck, you’re gonna get 12 4 stars in 200 pulls. thats 12/20 pulls (assuming none are double 4 star pulls and your luck is exactly as expected). granted, they had above average luck, but you can expect a 4 star in a decent majority of pulls during fes

The wish list was free but you had to pull on the colorful Fes (the one with miku/Luka plus the others) banner not the dark festa banner (the one without luka/miku)

@@justkatzy Yes on a colorfest banner, before you do your first pull, you have to pick some characters including the colorfest cards from past banners. And those cards will have rate up.
