I had one AIDS patient who I will never forget, her story is sadly remarkable. I believe this was in ~1994? She was admitted with pneumonia, which was actually pneumocystis pneumonia. (now called pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, I hate when that happens.😉) She passed after a month. I was with her every day, even on my days off. She truly changed my life for the better.🥰 As a side note: Kathy, you are NOT a nerd. You are just like me...blessed with curiosity.
