The cantilever Beam of uniform configuration along its length (1000mm) and its cross-sectional area is defined by a rectangle having width 50mm and height 25mm. It is held fixed on one end and hangs freely at the other. The objective of the problem is to find the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the cantilever beam. Given : Young's modulus: 200GPa Poisson's ratio: 0.3 Density: 8,050 kg/m3
