HI GUYS!!!
Today my mom and I have prepared a traditional Vietnamese hot & sour soup using a tamarind soup base and a side dish of caramelized catfish to eat over a bed of rice. This dish can be enjoyed with white rice or vermicelli noodles (my fave) Hope you all like the longer video today there is a mukbang at the end!

1 Fresh Catfish
1-2 cups Fresh chunks of Pineapple
1 Packet of Tamarind soup base
2-4 Tomatoes
1 bag of Bean Sprouts

      Double fried will make the shrimp rolls crispy longer, the same concept as frying chicken wings.

      I do the wooden chopstick test.. oil is hot and ready when there’s bubbles forming around the chopstick. And frying time, first batch I just fry them for a few mins until the wrapper is hard then the second batch until golden brown
