Xiaomi YU7 vs Tesla Model Y Juniper 2025 YU 7 mi Review Price Launch Date Range China SUV
The Xiaomi YU 7 is bound to kill, Tesla's Global ambitions, due to these 5 big advantages. First and foremost, the price. Tesla has squeezed their margins on the Juniper, as much as they possibly could, to compete in the Chinese market, from a price of 36 thousand US dollars. The YU 7 will undercut that by 2 thousand Dollars! Doesn't sound like much of a difference? That is because the YU 7 is similar in all aspects, to a Model X, rather than a Model Y. And a Model X starts at 113 thousand US Dollars in China! That is almost three times more expensive than the YU 7! Xiaomi's Purosangue inspired crosso...

Problems with the Tesla almost no one is talking about all the parts on it are proprietary. Touch screen every thing broken sceen broken truck Tuckers need knobs and switches to be physical because they cant be getting distracted looking for certain features behind a on screen menu while also driving. Long haul Electric semi's are just okay for local deliveries and worthless for long haul environmental impact. with tesla likely redesigning the trucks every 4-7 years to prevent parts interchangeability and also including features that lead to them able to pull support for the parts on the trucks at any time this means these trucks will likely only last 5-10 years on the road before needing to be replaced. there are still trucks from the 60's on the road due to parts availability and simplification of systems. Personaly if i had to pick a future of trucks it would be Edison motors Hybrid semi trucks system the power of electric but long hull and parts availability of Classic trucks . most importantly Glass can be cut from any Glass store no custom order 3000$ custom windshield because its this weird curved bs. EDISON MOTORS FOR THE WIN CANADA GO!
Agreed! These new age startups don't give a damn about reparability and serviceability. And yes we need a variant without all these touchscreens and electronic trinkets. Let the market decide which variant sells..
@@WheelsUnlimitedGlobal nah I still think Tesla is even if they add switches is the inferior truck I recommend.you go look at the Edison Motors trucks. These are customer heavy duty Trucks made in BC Canada for logging and Oil industry primarily. They have 2 Hybrid trucks finished and 3 more being built. There making Kits to upgrade older trucks to Hybrid or new fully custom trucks
Saw the Edison Semi, their sheer simplicity of design is impressive. I am concerned how they will respond to Tesla's self driving capability though. Unsupervised FSD is going live in Texas and California in 4 months. Will it be operational in Tesla's Semis by end of 2026? If yes, then that's a $60,000 saving per year per truck. No amount of reparability on the Edison is going to be able to negate that.
@WheelsUnlimitedGlobal they have no plan to add automated driving. I also find Tesla's automated driving is total BS with Tesla them selves not taking blame when it does fuck up. Tesla's "5Th level" full self driving is at best Drive assistance with more automation. Every time there is a crash involving it Tesla blames either the driver for responding or the driver for not responding. I find self driving is a gimic and self-driving on a semi truck is an utter lie. Not to mention just the fact the Edison Motors can do long haul where the Tesla semi can only do local delivery. The onboard generator, and again Allowing for a truck even an old one to stay on the road Edison Motors wins out on just allowing companies to convert Existing trucks.
Even I don't understand why Elon has an allergy of launching a range-extender variant of any of his vehicles, not just the semi, with a small on-board generator. Let the buyers decide what they want, right?

Manufactured in india and sell as u don't have to give tax also help to keep price low and help in mass production
Can't say for sure, but BYD's Atto 3, which is assembled in India costs much more than it does in China.
When it vl launch in india?
Seems unlikely, Indian govt is blocking BYD from making investments in establishing a manufacturing setup there

If BYD launches Seagull in India at same price then i will surely but BYD.
Realistically, it won't happen at least till 2027, because our government is not allowing BYD to make further investments in India.
When it will launch in india
When Modiji stops blocking BYD's investments in India
Byd is a KIA ,Nio is a BMW 7 series
Perhaps you are right, Kia has better technology than BMW today!
ET9 is basically luxury, comfort & tech forward while balancing its simplistic look, family oriented features, range, charging capabilities and safety in one car. European & American manufacturers can say they added something futuristic/tech forward when China has been doing that for a long time. ❤
Scared by incoming competition from China, the westerners have already started protectionism by the way of tariffs!
I was going to buy one, but not after having a good look, a lot of people telling you there great but we’ll see.
This is just the beginning, within a few years there will be plug-in hybrids of any configuration and price point, albeit from the Chinese car makers only. The legacy auto brands will only try and fail at it.
Agree it’s a cool car but a lot of tradies want that 3.5k towing
That's coming in a year as well..

Stop this Chinese propaganda. All china does is copy. Show respect to those who invented what you are copying. Mercedes Benz, Daimler and Maybach are legends in this game. Put some "respek" on their name
This is not Chinese propaganda, its just anti drone-strike NATO propaganda! Jokes apart, you can either be loyal to history and heritage or loyal to better automotive engineering. Old geysers take up the former camp, progressive folk take up the latter.
There is no BYD - it is a brand of the CCP. The objective of the CCP is to make others dependent on the CCP. You are stupidly promoting the most brutal institution in the world. Do they pay you? Really do they pay you to help them end democracy and enslave whole races of people?
Well, they say History is written by the winners. NATO is the pre-eminent winner in the World today. It is a socialist woke group of warmongers, funded by the military industrial complex, killing thousands of defenseless civilians with drone strikes. And they want you to believe that the CCP is the boogeyman! I only find it all hilarious!
Propaganda for the Chinese commies' clunkers, unreliable and with a high TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Apparently such a Chinese junk is cheap, but it costs the most per mile because its life is short and full of repairs. Not to mention the lost time...
Once upon a time Japanese stuff was also perceived so. Time will tell..
@@WheelsUnlimitedGlobal The huge difference is that Japan is not Marxist. And that they made better cars even when they started developing their auto industry (today they own the Top 10 Reliability and Low TCO), not like these Chinese junk - extremely unreliable and with a huge TCO - stealing from others doesn't come with the know-how of how to make the cars better or with the art of dealing with the customers and their huge issues while being in warranty (after that you can anyhow throw the clunker you bought away). I sat in an MG (ex-British) plasticky junk and it was enough (those who bought such sh!t experienced first hand how "good" they are). Or let's mention the best brand that Chinese commies own: Volvo (ex-Swedish), that slipped to #25!!! in reliability after being bought. I am buying and driving only top Japanese cars, I would not buy even Korean, German, American, Indian cars. I shall never buy the Chinese commies' clunkers, not even if they would do better, their ideology is evil.
I totally agree, the sad thing is, millennial buyers nowadays don't have a clue about how unreliable new cars have become. They only look at how many gadgets they are getting inside the car. And these Chinese Automotive Appliances will thrive due to such buyers.
@@WheelsUnlimitedGlobal Your pragmatic approach is correct. The issue is that nowadays snowflakes don't even consider that our civilization is threatened by the AI, dumb "eco"-Marxist regulations and mandates (that supposedly save the planet, but in fact are globalists' control tools) and also by commies, islamists etc. That's why people like me will never purchase Chinese junk etc.
so true, but the problem is deeper than that. Today, the so called western car makers already import much of the electronics, like the infotainment, instrument cluster, the ECU, BCM, sensors and if we talk about EVs, the battery cells from China. And the Chinese content inside all cars is only increasing. So when we buy a non-Chinese car, are we really just buying a non-Chinese brand with Chinese hardware anyways?
Cyber truck is for howling a bloated ego. BYD Shark is for doing the real howling
Haha, well said!

Ford mavericks a heap of shit
Touche'
You skipped the power comparison. BYD is a shark comparable to the Mavrick.
Shark is only 430 hp, nothing great compared to Maverick, right? #sarcasm
Don’t blame the Dems only for those bs protectionist policies - that’s a bi-partisan set of policies that will only get worse with VP Musk running things - no way do those tariffs come down to allow Tesla’s Chinese competitors into the US market (and GM/Ford/HMG will happily agree with him on that)
Agreed! Politicians are just puppets controlled by their deep state masters. Let's see if the cybercab can get personal transportation to $0.25 per mile at least.
Broken facts. Ranger EV to push Aud $100k drive away..
That's too much! Was hoping Ford wouldn't be so delulu!
Australia price for BYD shark 6 is AUD57,900 before on road costs, about USD38k. Maverick not sold in AU. The upcoming Ranger PHEV is expected to be closer to AUD90k and to have a piddly EV range 45km. The sharks Ev only range is 100km (62 miles).
90k would be pure delulu pricing by blue oval
😂 Yanks 🤡
Tariff imposers need not be taken seriously!
US cope!!!
:D
You should compare with ford ranger PHEV, not a maverick
I also wanted to compare it to the Ranger PHEV first, but decided to wait till Ranger PHEV's price comes down to Shark's level. Then I will definitely compare both of them.
BYD Shark 2024 Review The BYD Shark pick-up has been politically blocked, from launching in the US and Canada However, it is launching in Australia on the twenty ninth of October twenty twenty-four. And BYD has a knock-out punch up its sleeve, and that is a sixty-thousand aussie-dollar price tag. This is not at all a surprise, as the Shark is already retailing for forty-seven-thousand USD in Mexico. Don't forget, the BYD Shark is a four hundred plus horsepower behemoth that we are talking about. Today, the legacy brands like Ford, sell their two-fifty horsepower, Ranger ute for sixty-five grand. Ford's lame attempt at hybridizing the Ranger will also be available next year, for eighty grand. Toyota also offers the SR-five variant of its terrorist-carrier, the Hilux at sixty thousand Australian. Isuzu will sell you the X-rider variant of the D-max for the same price, but with only one-ninety hp. But none of them comes close to the Shark, in terms of outright acceleration as well as passing power. Don't waste five-six years of your thirty-year driving life stuck with an underpowered diesel ute mates. The availability of service stations and the long-standing track record for reliability does matter though BYD has only twenty seven dealerships across Australia while the other three have 200 to 300 of them But if one of those twenty-seven BYD dealerships is close enough to you, definitely get a Shark. Firstly, it will save you at least six-thousand dollars over five years in fuel cost, versus a diesel Ute Secondly, you can charge right at home giving you a genuine eighty kilometers of pure-electric range. That is more than enough, for 90 percent of ute driver's daily usage on 90 percent of days each year. The Shark also has the most spacious rear seats and the largest pick-up box versus the 3 diesel utes. When it comes to features, the diesel utes are simply shameful in front of the BYD Shark. Length (mm): Shark - 5457, Ranger - 5370, Hilux - 5325, D-max - 5280 5-year charging cost: 4,500 AUD 5-year Diesel Cost: 11,000 AUD Average running per year Australia: 12,000 km Real World Efficiency: Hilux/D-Max - 11 kpl Diesel prices in Australia: 2 AUD per lit Electricity cost in Australia: 0.03 AUD per kWh Shark's price in Australia in USD: 40,250 USD (60,000 AUD) Dealerships Australia: Ford - 193, Toyota - 290, Isuzu - 160, BYD - 27

Ready to kick out western pick-ups from eastern markets!
Watchers of this video BEWARE! Plug-in hybrids are ICE vehicles with an additional small Electric motor. They are neither a full ICE nor a full EV. They are super INeffecient and super expensive for maintenance! Basically the worst of both worlds rather than the best! Either stick with ICE (as long as you can), or go full EV.
