Maureen words resonate with me so much. Immediately I became pregnant I remember going in prayer asking God to guide me in this motherhood journey cz it is new to me n i never had a woman guide me. trust me,God has really shown out in my life in ways unimaginable . The word of God has really taught me valuable lessons to apply as a parent. Remember I didn’t go ask someone to teach me cz they would do that from their own understanding n experiences. I have a different perspective on life, my mindset has changed. I see the world clearly now heh I could go on n on Put in the work mothers. With God all things are possible. May we all receive the Lords abundant grace and energy as we show up for our kids.

One thing motherhood has taught me, like Shiru is to fully depend on God, enjoy the journey they grow too fast, take breaks whenever needed we can't pour from empty cups. An hour away really helps a lot even when they are young.

There is a difference between children/adults who were prayed for by their mothers and those who were not. Mothers, let’s pray for our children. Indeed take in advice with a pinch of salt. People have different experiences. When you hear a positive parenting tip pray it for yourself. Forexample, I heard a mother testify that her baby didn’t get colic so I prayed it over my baby and she didn’t get it. Glory to God. Embrace the season and the changes that come with it. You may have to let go of somethings and embrace other things.
