WELL DONE! Lighting, mood and camera angles are all spot-on. Tension is high when the old lady calls out for her son multiple times...and irritatingly so. Completely different turn of events than what I was expecting at the end. GREAT storytelling!

Decent short film. The way it played was pretty realistic. The woman played on the man's natural instinct to protect women and children. Like a fool he finally gave in and opened the door. Maybe he thought he was being the white knight, or he thought he might get lucky. There aren't a lot of girls left in this world after all. But no, for his trouble he's now he's now just a corpse on the ground and the girl gets all his stuff.

If he were as careful as he's shown to be and he's seen so many other attempts, he'd have either had a bulletproof vest or something to be behind when he pulled the door open. Sorry, but it's just inconsistent with who we're introduced to at the start. Technically, very well done though.
