Hi and thanks for your comment and question. Yes we would do it all over again. Thailand is an excellent part of the world to live in. It takes a bit of getting used to for sure but overall we are happy to be here.

More than worth it! Been living and visiting since i was 17, came as a nak muay, and the Thai bug caught me forever. Snakes, seen a few, biggest, well a massive python, would have been at least 5 m long, crossing the back road in Phuket, heading toward a small lake, and it had a massive belly, the other large one was my fav snakes of all, a King Cobra, it was majestic..

Glad you like where we live. No we didn't experience flooding in our part of Ban Waen though some nearby lower lying homes did. Your right there is a lot of movement happening in the house market here in Chiang Mai.

The Blue Temple is definitely worth a look. We loved it the Temple has great energy. The trip from Chiang Mai takes around 3.5hrs non stop, we rode for an hour had a coffee then rode another hour had a quick break then rode the remainder to Chiang Rai.

The 14 inch apes are a great height. I nearly went with 16's but glad I got the 14s. Few more mods to come. It's a great feeling when you make it your own isn't it 👍🇹🇭

We agree comfort is key, the bars have come into their own with the change in seat and the lengthened and lowered brake makes a big difference.. but suspension is a game changer too 👍🇹🇭
