I hunted a buck my wife nicknamed tank for three years and only saw him in person one time, until the day I was able to get an arrow in him with my Hoyt! This buck defiantly tested my patience. This video goes over the details of when it finally all came together for me!

Wild hogs cause millions of dollars a year in Texas for farmers and ranchers. This weekend I went out with my Mathews V3 bow and took a few out. Broadhead used was a mechanical NAP Spitfire. Dang! That’s a good one. Hit a tad high but it happens. Looks like there’s been some quality herd management going on. Love that pink broadhead. I could not get those heads super sharp is why I never used them. I went to the Magnus Black Hornets with the little bleeder blades. They come razor sharp and are easily resharpend. Penetration is nearly always a pass thru for me. I only draw 55#’s when hunting so I know they work. Just a suggestion if you haven’t seen these heads. And guaranteed for life. Check them out. Went from buck with no potential to the biggest?
Surprisingly enough yes, he was quite a bit smaller than other bucks in his age group, and this year he blew up. Where we hunt in Texas a 130" 4-5 year old deer is a big one.
That's an incredible buck Haven, well deserved. Really happy for you. You need to bring that bow over to Africa next year.
