From all soviet rangefinder 35mm cameras this is the best and most easy to use and its not too expensive! The Lens is a Zeiss Tessar with Lantanium glass USSR got lenses as bulkware from GDR. Its a very HQ razorsharp lens. The 4 element coated Industar (Zeiss Tessar) lens is even sharper than the 6 element Jupiter (Zeiss Sonnar) ;-) Its the best soviet 50mm lens when it comes to sharpness. It even beats many old Leica genuine lenses.

Hi Linn. at 00:21 you can see that the second curtain is bouncing open. the adjustment you did on the shutter break is I believe the second curtain break and not the first curtain break. I just wanted to let you know. I adjusted my camera using your videos and realized the second curtain was bouncing. turning the screw counterclockwise tightens the second curtain break.

说得太粗略了。徕卡M3从第一台下线，编号700000开始，是双拨版本，第一次改动是自编号785891起，增加取景器线框拨杆；第二次改动是自编号844001起，压片盖板的材质从玻璃改为金属；第三次改动是自编号854001开始，曝光时间由1/25，1/50s变为1/30，1/60s；第四次改动是自编号915251起，改单拨为双拨。至于其它小的改动如取消初期批次肩部正面的切削角，后面把佛耳改成略前倾角度，四钉改成三钉，这样和功能无关的纯外观改动更多很多。不揣冒昧，抛砖引玉。

My Leica M3 double stroke got jammed while winding the film. Previously the shutter curtain would get stuck on the first wind and could be released by moving the curtain a few milimeters by hand. However when i wound it on the second stroke, it jammed and will not fire the shutter or advance the film. Where do you think the problem is in the camera?
