@@vickiulrich6694 We are fine. No rain damage on our farm. Our little town gets lots of rain due to it being in a valley with a creek in it and the town branch. They both catch a lot of water when it rains several inches at once. I mostly record and document this kind of thing to remember when it happens. Y’all have a good day.

@ I forgot to answer your question concerning Jack. He is hanging in there. Dialysis is tough but he goes every scheduled day and even though he comes home exhausted from the sessions he keeps trying hard to do things. His best day is Monday as he has Sundays and Mondays off from dialysis in a row. He is taking iron now in hopes to boost his energy level and they are trying him on a bigger needle hoping they can get his session times back down to about 4 hours. Right now he is at about 6 hours but the alternative isn’t too inviting!!! Hope this isn’t too much info but it’s nice to talk about it sometimes. I just take life one day at a time even though it’s very hard to watch as Jack struggles so. I just love when you visit with us and I can’t ever thank you enough for asking about Jack!!!:):):)

@@j.walker3498 thank you for the advice. They did a great job on the house. I thought they over killed on some but that is ok, it is stout and no wiggle on the porches. They will be back as soon as some of the custom siding and 1 custom window arrives. Just a few more little things and they will be done In about a month. Thank you for your support.

@@20thcentlimited yes I agree. We just used it to remove fallen tree from the tornado damage we had and it hit barb wire. Then the contractor asked to use it and we did not have time to sharpen it. Plus it a battery, it’s not as powerful as gasoline.

Hey there, also good to hear from you. The old farmhouse is seeing better days. I was opposed to living in it first but now it's been 10 months since the house burned, it has grown on me a lot. We do plan on another addition to it next year. The window and doors have made a huge impact on the huge impact on the aesthetics of the house. I get the most compliments on the front door.

Yes you can! This is one of the easiest desserts. It seems that we put almost anything on a biscuit. It's basically a very chunky preserve on a biscuit. Let me know how it works for you. Have a great day.

also the apple peels are great for making cider vinegar. I have never done it but have seen lots of people do it. I have done orange rinds and use them for a cleaner as well.

@@Thepioneerfarmhouse yes I use apple cider vinegar to balance my blood sugars and blood pressure and I am going to try and get some good quality apples and give it a go. I've done the Oranges and even Lemons for cleaning and they work do well

@@MrsB197something apple cider vinegar is good for so many things. I use to have a book about apple cider vinegar uses, there was so many remedies in that book. I need to purchase another as it went up in the house fire last December. So many good books to replace.
