What would you recommend for laptop user with fps stutters and a gtx 1650, ryzen 5 4600H, and 16 gb ram. I use performance mode but even then I still get the same fps stutters as dx11

everything is good so far until the very last part. this bottle neck site is so misleading, and bottle necking is a very relative term that's often misused. You have different degrees and kinds of bottle necks in different scenarios, hence the video. Gaming at a higher resolution results in a GPU bottle neck while gaming at a lower resolution results in a CPU bottle neck. Whatever thing that is strained more aka has more usage is often the cause of the bottle necking. The same way that resolution strains the GPU, different graphics APIs (dx11, dx12, vulkan, etc.) put different strains on different parts of the system due to the way they operate and render stuff with dx12 being more gpu intensive while dx11 being cpu intensive.

is anyone else having problems with your drivers every time i open fortnite for the past 2 days it has been saying "WARNING: Known issues with graphics driver" then it wants me to install a driver i already have installed or it tells me to go back to 24.8.1 but i can just close the warning then go back to fortnite and it'll work but be super laggy and alot of frame drops

Can anyone help. I’m on amd and I play on dx12 because the game has frame drops on performance. I have been keeping my drivers up to date on the amd adrenaline software. Since yesterday when opening fortnite it does not open amd it shows “warning, know issues with graphics driver the installed version of the amd graphics drivers has known issues in D3D12 please install the recommended version or switch to a different rendering API and it gives a link to the amd website to download the driver. I am on the AMD Radeon rx 6700 XT. I have got the 24/10/1 but the recomended is the 24/8/1 for 5000 series and above. I don’t know how to download the 24/8/1. Has anyone else had this problem and know what to do? Should I wait for next months update. If I go to performance the warning no long comes up but it has a lot of stutters which makes it hard to play
