cant wait for the new uk tour

OK, I've only seen and heard a little bit of Charlie Stemp as Bert, but from this footage I can safely say: Charlie Stemp IS Bert.

She is 91 now and I am still in love with this wonderful woman! I have been since hearing her sing Downtown on the Ed Sullivan Show in 1965 when I was 14! The crush continues on!

I’ve not seen this post before. This show was just magical🎉. My 3/4 year old grandson Seb and I saw it maybe 10 times in the last few months before we saw the last show. He sings all the songs and adores Zizi and ‘Bert’. He often breaks into song and says ‘I bet Zizi would like this!!!’ Happy happy memories

The section outside St Paul's reminds me of an incident back in the 90s, when my son was maybe three or four years old. We were walking past the Cathedral one day, and there was a crowd outside, and a lot of police. I asked a police officer what was going on and he said there was a ceremony going on in the Cathedral, for the Mayor, and the Queen was there. So we waited to see them leave. The police lined the steps to keep the Queen safe, but hadn't anticipated a 3 year old making a run for it. My son saw the Queen coming down the steps, but in his Disney focused mind, it was someone else. So he bolted forward, ducking under all the officers and ran up to the Queen, yelling "MARY POPPINS!!!!!!" at the top of his voice. Her Majesty thought it was hysterical, and patted him on the head, just for the few seconds before the officers caught up with him and brought him back. Thank you for bringing back such happy memories!

I was lucky enough to see Petula singing this role a few weeks ago. I had traveled to London, and met up with my son who surprised me with tickets for the same evening. It was one of those evenings that will be a cherished memory forever.

I had seen "Mary Poppins" in London and Bradford in Yorkshire in England in the UK in 2006 and 2016.

I have being seeing "Mary Poppins" with Scarlett Strallen in London in the South of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 in the UK 🇬🇧 in 2006 and then I saw "Mary Poppins" with Zizi Strallen during the UK Tour in Bradford in Yorkshire in the North of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 in the UK 🇬🇧 in 2016.
