Well. I ran into a video you did while searching on "starting a RUclips Channel over 40" LOL. So I clicked on it. Then I went to your channel. Captivating. I started with your first video way at the bottom. Then the next one and the next one. And kept going. Dude!!! I love it. Your style is just so REAL. It has a indie film feel, with a VLOG style and its just real (i said that already didn't I?). It's You being you and it is stuff that is relatable to someone in their 20's to someone in their 60's. I got a lot of it thus far from some creative ideas I'm stealing (LOL) and just life in general. As someone who has decades of experience in the TV news industry from videographer, editor, producer and a few EMMY's you are doing incredible work. (I'm being for real). So keep doing you, keep being creative. Oh you just gained a new follower!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thank you, ive been connecting to god by being in a state of prayer through my day, even as I'm during my activities and whenever I'm out of alignment with that state I've been catching myself and praising god again, that's been my current experience

Honestly, I enjoy just going outside. Go for a walk where there is nothing distracting me and just talk to God. Tell him about my struggles, my sins and just generally about my day.

Deleting social media been the biggest thing that's helped me. I waste so much time on there, but now I get all that time back. It makes it a lot easier to do things like praying, and reading the bible without all those distractions.

I was doubting myself and texted my husband “I don’t think I’ll get it.” He reminded me that “it’s up to the Lord!” He provides jobs, and I’m believing he’s got one set up for me! Driving has always been an escape for me. I love finding some back roads or some empty straights and getting that rush of adrenaline. That along with blasting music feeling that sub shake my whole car has always been something I can rely on to take my mind off of my worries, but every time the drive is over, it all comes back. it’s like the only way to clear my mind is to go out for a drive and never stop. But recently, as i’ve grown in my walk with Christ and reshaped my daily life to spend more time with Him, i’ve started driving just cruising around, low volume music or no music at all and just allowing myself to soak in His creation and the beauty of it. it doesn’t allow me to escape my thoughts and anxiety, but brings peace over them, and there’s nothing like the peace the Lord brings. I still blast music and drive to get an adrenaline rush every once in a while, but more so out of my own enjoyment

It's a shame that mega church pastors take the verse about moving mountains out of context in order to manipulate people. They say it's talking about God granting you whatever you desire, even if it's against his will, in order to influence people to chase after materialism. I know that you already know this, but it's important to remember that we should only ever pray for God's will to be done. Obviously, though, it will always be God's will to help you grow your faith and do amazing things through him, even if the things you are able to do are limited. Ok I'll stop yapping now
