Interesting, that Hayden Hansen and Muizz Tounkara are both BIG fellas who are fast, from the great football state of Texas, and both SERIOUS about blocking. I don't know whether this is coincidence or if they just really teach high school receivers about the importance of blocking, also how to block. Sweet!

Marcus Burke is not being utilized right to me

Always great to see the shows with Hayden Hansen. Its amazing that he isn't recognized as clearly one of the best tight ends in college football. Watching the game film and highlights, and on plays like Montrell's touchdown, for example, he plays a central role in opening the lane. And that's the thing, its not hard to find tight ends who want to be receivers and block a little, but to find someone who works as hard on his craft as Hayden, and has become such a terrific blocker (and a terrific receiver if they would EVER get him the ball!!!). I just hope the NFL teams and their scouts recognize his quality when it comes to draft day. I didn't comment on Brian Smith after your Crossover, as there were so many shows coming in (I'm not complaining, its great to have them to watch, but its hard to find them on RUclips sometimes). But two things struck me about that, about Brian. In addition to it looking like he's lost a lot of weight, he didn't look like the guy I remember before having to be the LockedOn guy for the surprise train wreck team of 2024. Week in and week out, it must have been just brutal. But the other thing, he really seems to have problems with the Gators that are somewhat wishful. Like I saw him on LockedOn College talking to Spencer saying that Florida is, after all, nothing more than a .500 team. And on the Crossover show, he kept referring to the Gators as if it was the first half of the season and this second half hadn't happened, much less was currently where they are at. Talking about how you didn't know which Gator team was going to show up, or refusing to recognize the quality of defensive play the Gators have shown - in particular that defensive line, with at least one guy playing like he was already an NFL D-lineman. I don't know, I hope things pick up for him, for Florida State, next year. Not that I'm any fan of that school or team, but it would be good to see Brian the guy he was before this year.

I think Burke started because he was a Senior on Senior Day. It was ceremonial.

Mizell should only start if the Coaches decide. Not if you want him to. Mizel had drops in the last game. Mizell is holding Mizell back. Not Billy.

It was Senior day, so Burke being a Senior probably why he started???

What we don't know is how each player looks at practices and off field issues might have a lot to do with it that's why we pay Billy and staff the big bucks. Go Gators

And I do mean last Saturday was senior day and he is a senior so that’s probably why he got more reps on Saturday but that’s about the only thing I can think of at this point is Napier is giving him more reps Cause he knows these are the last few games Burke can play as a Gator

Why is he making it seem like it’s a game

Lagway's injury? Better to be safe than sorry. UF has a great medical facility and the Gators must have full access. Players can feel secure that the medical staff has their backs.
