One biggest question that i get asked is are you Bruce Willis son?
What a dream job!!
What a great and insightful video! I heard about your brewery in a craft beer professional group when you were looking for a director of brewing.
❤
The quality is instant 🙌
My local Bartender does it the exact same way even if the place is busy.
Just give me a can at that point dude
The CO2 is too high making the beer way too foamy, try lowering the CO2 pressure from the tank so that the beer comes out better. The only beer that should have to be waited on are nitro beers as the first pour is always foamy and should be allowed to set before finishing the glass to the top.
I'm from Germany. This is just disgraceful
Yeah.... this is garbage. And he puts the fk nozzle in the foam/beer!!! IS HE DUMB??
😂not to be rude but this is the worst poured beer ive seen in years
All that time for some shit that tastes like asparagus piss
All that time just for it to taste like another shitty beer
Great place to visit in Nashville!
Yeah I’ll take the topo chico
I wonder if a vacuum pump would speed up the process. I might have to rig up an attachment to a thicker glass to test it
why don't they make a tap that produces less foam?
Waste of time and waste of beer
6 mins for that ? Hell nah, You might as well drink a Korean somaek
That was beautiful
Beer porn 🍺
Super cool to hear. Can’t wait to try
What a great and insightful video! I heard about your brewery in a craft beer professional group when you were looking for a director of brewing. After watching this video I'm even more excited to see the different locations and Nashville in general. Hopefully, that will happen soon! All the best from Nürnberg, Germany and keep up the awesome work!
going ban fucked
Are the grains GMOs?
Great stuff...already thirsty for more. Subbed. Need to plan a road trip to Nashville soon!
That pizza looks pretty good too.
Aspiring brewery owner here. This video was 100% useful and can't wait for more of this! Thank you so much!
I am in Zambia. I run a bar and we face everyday struggles with shortages of beer everyday since we depend on one brewery which is a monopoly in the region. I have been looking into ways to abate yhis by bringing other breweries on the scene. I would like to start one but as much as I have access to financing, I lack the know how. Anyone from anywhere who has the expertise can come on board.
Amazing to finally find something on this!! This is exactly the thing I aspire to except for wine and specifically meads instead of beer but sounds very close
I just received my first brewery kit tonight. I’m really green at this industry but my girlfriend and I are dreaming of starting a brewery together. I currently work in sales at a logistics company in Minneapolis. I have the business and logistics background but I’m watching as many videos as I can to learn. Can’t wait to get started. Thanks for your video!
😂 Epic intro!
You drink at work but you wont sled at work?
I could drink about a gallon of those pb milk stouts. Just wish they weren't so filling
There are 3 big styles of beer I will never touch, because to me, they taste awful. 1) Hoppy Ales - IPAs and any pale/brown ales with hop-forward flavor 2) Roasty Ales - Stouts, Porters, and any dark ales even remotely smelling like burnt coffee 3) Tart Beer - anything with high acidity or sour flavor Styles, for some reason, that microbrewers LOVE churning out with 30 different varieties and labels, that no beer drinkers around me has ever claimed to like over a simple lager. My preferred styles are Spicy Ales (German Hefes, Belgian Trappists, Abbey Ales), European Lagers (Vienna, Helles, Bocks, etc), and Brown Ales (anything non-hoppy). After moving to the USA, trying to find brewers who produce these styles at an affordable price has been near impossible. So I always just end up buying mass produced craft beer or European imports, they are cheaper anyway.
After that they dont even need to go to the gym
I'm opening My own brewery
Thought this was boxing trainer Adam Booth
Thinking about throwing my life savings into buying a brewery. No idea how to brew beer. I think I’m stupid.
YOLO ❤
Great series !
P r o m o s m ☺️
Cool, funny, and down to earth chat. Congrats Allen! We’re excited there’s a location close to home again.
People heavy? Oh you have three locations, and open 7 days a week, never mind.
Why half-empty glasses? 🧐
Reggie is the thermostat for any room he goes into, no doubt!!! - the yeast pitching cameo in the back the first couple minutes is also amazing
I support small businesses that brew in there local communities that the passion I want to see in people some of these other people have tons of money but they don’t care about their customers or the community and those are the people I can’t stand .
Invisible People would be a great name for a beer.
Passing the Michelob truck on the road. Big beer trying to spy on ya lol
That's because most craft beer sucks. A truckload of hops in every can is not good beer.
These venues look really neat and modern, I wish I could open at least a small one! But such quality and equipment cost a fortune, and this is the major blocker to start a business - how to get the capital money?
Pizza looks AMAZING
how about opening a spot in Upstate NY?!
