Ракия делается из белой сливы а не из яблок

В яблоках много пиктина. Если не фильтровать затор перед постановкой на брожение, то при брожении с яблочной мезгой образуется много метилового спирта. Не буду думать, что дистиллятом кто то отравится, но опьянение и похмелье будет тяжелым.

Больше какой то подпольщиной "пахнет". Грязно ужастно. Алкоголь в пластиковой таре хранят. Так себе пойло делают.
