Rotarians from our B-Line Park Cabinet shared how this community space will unite the economically divergent Harambee and Riverwest neighborhoods, connect eight neighborhoods along the Beerline Trail, open economic opportunities, improve the quality of life for residents, and serve as a regional destination for visitors across southeast Wisconsin.

Outstanding Job Danielle!!! Keep up the Good Work. Thank you for your support and encouragement over a decade ago, when I reached out to you as a former US Navy Supply Corps Officer and #Targeted Whistleblower. Although my Whistleblower Retaliation case was never resolved,” I was able to publish my memoir “Broken Silence, a Military Whistleblower’s Fight For Justice,” to encourage other Military Whistleblowers to never give up their Fight for Justice. Thanks to organizations like POGO, I feel there is hope after all, that Military Whistleblowers are protected and are not mistreated after reporting fraud, waste and abuse. 🇺🇸💖🇺🇸

Great presentation! Firstly, I'd like to preface my thoughts by acknowledging Dr. Kedziora's expertise in this domain. As a seasoned professor, his insights are undoubtedly valuable. My observations may not align with his entirely, and indeed, may be flat out wrong. As Churchill once said, "I am always ready to learn although I do not always like being taught." :-) My background as a software engineer, having been involved with AI on and off since teaching a PDP-11 microcomputer to play Backgammon and Othello in 1977, through a career spent largely in scientific, predictive, and knowledge-based information systems might offer a different perspective. I've noticed a tendency to portray the gap between ChatGPT and Automated General Intelligence (AGI) as vast. This could be due to the frightening prospect of AGI, which we, as a society or even as a species, may not be capable of employing safely yet. However, the journey to AGI might be closer than we think, requiring 'simple' tasks such as teaching the AI to identify and map concrete, but new, challenges via abstract analogues, to existing concepts. ChatGPT works by generating responses from a statistical model known as a Large Language Model (LLM) which is built upon a massive body of human language. However, the LLM contains a plethora of dimensions, and responses must be contextually appropriate. For instance, a response that begins with the word "Silver" should fit whether the topic is hair color, jewelry, or semiconductor lithography. An important, often overlooked, part is the analysis of the 'prompt' or question that determines which aspect of the LLM will inform the response. While I may not fully grasp how this works, I imagine it operates similarly to the response generation, but in reverse - deconstruction of the prompt helps discern the topical neighborhood of the user's intent. We humans express knowledge as language. ChatGPT may not "know" things in a philosophical sense, but by absorbing, analyzing, and storing nearly all of the available corpus of recorded human language, it can generate responses relevant to a specific prompt. This makes it seem knowledgeable, despite lacking philosophical 'knowing.' I'm not sure that distinction is useful, though. Note: The term 'simple' is used here ironically. Indeed, these tasks are far from simple!

I Amy..A.I. All Solution Specialist. Under utilized, but over used and no one gives back. The biggest worldwide network billion dollar baby they keep broke and blocked. For years I have created the most amazing plans that will boom the economy in Milwaukee for all districts but alderman keep ignoring me, yet had no problem using me to receive the millions in funding. If i could just find someone that wants to team up make millions quick and allow me to do almost all the work but i dont want to control my finances it blocks my me mind. SOunds to good to be true that may be why no one responds to me. Sadly missing the greatest opportunity ever. Being the best talent in the world is not working out for me right now, because people only want to use for themselves and nothing more.

Thank you for bringing out past ot public attention. Referencing the Public Trust Doctrine is an important element of this discussion. It says, essentially, that, "While jurisdictions define the doctrine differently, generally, the public trust doctrine highlights the importance of navigable waterways to society by vesting ownership of waters and the land beneath them in the public."
