What product are you using? How deep should you go when grinding? Mine are in pretty rough shape rust/holes etc. I just need to patch it up to keep water from leaking through. Any tips? Thanks

Rust holes big enough to fit your thumb in is less than average rust for a Scout.

Dual exhaust on a street vehicle is a waste of money in my opinion. 3'' single pipe will flow more than enough for either a small or big block.

I recommend going alot slower with the surface cleaner this will result in no stripes. Also always use some sort of degreaser chemical harbor freight sells 2 different pressure washing chemicals that work great

I found that using a small flat screw driver, pry the tin of the door panel away around the bolt holes for the lower hinge. Makes it much easier to pull the door off that bottom hinge. It doesn't take much tin bent in to stop the door from sliding off.

Would of liked to see you remove the fan clutch and the fan itself before putting in the new radiator w electric fans.
