You could have gotten A/C 1970. The 1970 eliminated the 302 Z/28 was gone and GM went with the 350 and A/C was an option.

saved my $$$ working at Taco Bell when I was 17-18 in the 80s, to buy a 1968 Camaro, searched for months, finally came across a 1969 that needed body work and a "front clip" as was described to my mom who found that car, then my dad found a beat up 1971 Camaro that was covered in flat gray primer, and pulled hard to the right when we test drove it, then he found an orange 1970 Camaro, and talked the guy down to only $900, we couldn't find any other Camaros in my price range, so I bought the orange 1970 307 automatic, although it was a very good car mechanically, it started rusting badly after just a year, and the frame rusted through 2 years later, so I had to junk it

Oh how I miss my old muscle cars, while I didn’t have a 442 I did have a 1970 cutlass supreme coupe with the 350, 2 barrel carb, air conditioning, automatic transmission and manual drum brakes. That was some weird stuff back then. As with growing up and getting married and having kids, I ended up selling the car for $500, what an idiot I was. I do though have a car that I sold 20 years ago I I bought it back from a friend of mine and it’s a 1961 old mobile dynamic 88 two door hardtop. It has the 394 two barrel V8 engine, power windows, reverse lights, and I think those were the only options, and the color is glacier blue. I love the color combination on your cutlass.

I regret selling the three I had. Not z28 but two 78s and one 79 rallysport they were all three sleeper cars. One came with a v6 and I swapped in a 475 hp 396 police interceptor in it. 1/8 was low 7s couldn't get traction. Had less than 500 bucks in the 78's had 3k in 79.

I like your truck, and will look to see more. I'm surprised you didn't take notice that C30 has a BBC. Perhaps original. Generally speaking, a BBC is far more desirable than SBC. I have a C10, SWB ,402, neat little "sport truck". But I don't know if I agree a C10 is more desirable than a C20. Depends who is looking. Never had a C30, but I think one would be very cool. That truck is remarkable, and the price showed it. Not a big fan of the blue one, but perhaps the new owner got a good truck. Incidentally, near as I've seen your truck is worth north of 30K. Heck, restore mods are fetching a 400K cost to the buyers sometimes, dollars to donuts a lot of the parts are Chinese junk.................Edit, couldn't find more images of your truck. Images of the engine bay and even under carriage would be very cool.

I owned one of these cars. My favorite car that I ever owned. Car had great performance for it's size. Great cruiser on the highway.

Ive owned a 308QV for 20 years and I'm a bit over 6 foot and fit just fine top on or off. Also the 3.0 QV is the same engine as the 328 except for .2 more of displacement.

This is the one only bettered by the convertible. Raced one at Riverside and other western tracks in the ‘80’s. Tossable, perfectly balanced. A great drive to the track racer. It and the 65 mustang are the ONLY actual factory sport cars. All the rest are ponderous manatees that could not beat the European BMW 3.0’s, minis and Jags of the era. Wanna drive? Start here.
