Todd, wanted to say thank you for sharing your epic beard growing journey! I am attempting to grow my first big/epic beard, my profile picture is me at 112 days of growth, currently sitting at 117 days. Greatest lesson I have learned along my beard growing journey so far, patience! Happy New Years!
@@DaseT3R Lookin’ great! You almost have to forget that you’re growing a beard at times. It’s not about the destination-it’s about the journey. Keep going!
Looks awesome!
@@rayallen1355 Thanks Ray!
Todd, thank you for doing this. Love this series and your commentary.
@@dennisbaker3454 Thanks Dennis! Appreciate you watching.
Acts 16:30-31 30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Can you lose your Salvation no? Because that would mean dependent on YOU keeping it, has nothing to do with what you do take a look for yourself. 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
Why trim your neck at all? You don’t see it anyway
@@derekarseneau2569 Great question. Others can see neck hair from the side.
I guess I got over the whole what other people think, it’s my beard not theirs
@ yea. I get that. Very true.
This is ACTUALLY the end of month # 7. ‼️‼️‼️
It's grown really well Todd and looks neat and tidy so, yes, keep it going. Like the shape too, think the spade shape is really smart,
@@Medomsley Thank you!
Todd, You are such great inspiration. I am only nearing completion of month number 2. My beard looks similar to yours so I can really identify with your beard journey. Thank you so much for taking the time to produce these great videos. My previous attempts ended with me shaving after 2 months. Not this time. I am going to reach my goal of 6 months and then I will set the goal of a Yeard. I figure every. man has got to grow what he has at least once during a lifetime to see what the good Lord has given you. Again, thanks brother!
@@hikedayley9309 Thank you for your kind words. Growing out a beard is very frustrating and intimidating. Everyone needs a cheerleader to help! So glad you’re growing that EPIC BEARD now. Please keep me updated!

Quanto li farai crescere ancora i capelli?
@@giuseppebonarrigo9188 Non sono sicuro. probabilmente ancora un po'. ho i capelli mossi e si asciugano più corti di quanto vorrei.

@@Thechannel23 Thanks for watching!

Thanks Todd for the monthly tutorial. I’m 63 and starting my first beard. I’m about at 3 months and hope to continue on. My wife did mention this morning that I should shave that off 😂. My beard doesn’t grow as fast as yours but is coming in darker than the few head hairs I have left.
@@rickhoffart5758 just mention to her that you’ve never grown out your beard before and you’d like to try. Interesting that your beard is darker than your head. Keep growing!
Tell your wife that God told you to grow out your beard.
@ lol. She gives me freedom.
I love your movies, Mr. Cameron, especially Titanic and the Avatar series. Who knew you could grow out such an epic beard?
@@ryansmithscience757 lol

@@michaelcooke3518 thank you! Keep growing.

@@ToddStach thank you. Beard looks great. I'm on month #2 and watching your videos for inspiration.
@ glad you’re here

It is recommended that the front edge of the beard be rounded and the tips of the mustache narrowed because they are too wide and too thick at the point where they intersect with the beard, so they seem more important and more emphasized than the beard, and they should be of the same thickness, and it is best to adjust the length of the beard with the largest insert of the machine. with a larger number of combs.........otherwise your explanation is absolutely excellent and usable........regards
@@vlatkogacesa Thank you for that advice! Really appreciate it!
Potresti sciogliere i capelli?

Brilliant I’m between months 3 and 4 in growing an epic beard. My hair went white early on and is quite similar to yours so I’m finding this perfect timing. It was getting a bit weird soz I’ve trimmed the sides and shaped it and I’m feeling a lot more confident about my current look . I’m currently 72 and am really enjoying the journey to epic and really glad I found your station All the best M .
@@michaelcooke3518 so glad that you found my channel. Nice meeting you! When I was growing my first epic beard, I needed so much encouragement and direction to give me confidence. There’s nothing worse than looking in the mirror and not sure if your beard looks right.
It's coming on well Todd, and you have got waves already! Looking forward to seeing it get really long. Moustache too, a handlebar will look good with the beard.
@@Medomsley Thanks man! Onward! I’ve had a really long mustache in the past, but I didn’t like the waxy hold. I’ll probably try that again though.
@@ToddStach Yes, wax can be messy but you could do a shortish handlebar which would still look good. What are you doing with the head hair, going long there too?
@ yea. I’ve never grown out all of my hair. I’ve grown out the top of my hair with shaved sides a few times.
@@ToddStach Mullet would be good, bet you would have the curls already! Glad the hair is growing alongside the beard 👍
@ mullet is no bueno
Can you make videos and share your facial hair style/ styles before this series?
@@EdwardNugent-h3x I don’t understand what you mean. Can you explain?
@@ToddStachlike would you mind making a video showing pictures and talking about your facial hair/hair styles from young until now.
@ hmmm. Maybe. Why though?
@ idk it just would be interesting to see what you looked like before the series.
@ makes sense. I mean month #1 is very close to me not having a beard. I’ll try to remember to pull up a pic in month 6.
Do you actually use a corded trimmer with an extension cord in the shower??
@@DanielKeller-t4b dry tub. No running water. LOL
I have a Brio Beardscape too. Great trimmer I shave my head with it too. I'm on the regrow again myself maybe month 5 or so. My last big beard was 3 yrs old about 15" probably
@@Jeremy_Scents79 Epic! I’m not sure that the Brio Beardscape performs better than my corded Wahl. The jury is still out. Need to use it some more.
@@ToddStach yeah probably not better than a corded trimmer, but much more convenient. The battery life is insane though
@@Jeremy_Scents79 one time it pulled my hair instead of cutting it, and my thumb keeps hitting the power button and turning it off when I’m trimming. Has that ever happened to you?
Sieht gut aus 👍

Great Beard !!!! Too bad they make a man look 25 years older.
@@KDTom-wp9ys No doubt. I think once you hit a certain age it just becomes DISTINGUISHED instead of old. Lol

@@hemanhunters6783 Thx. And not a sk8ter.
@@ToddStach Mmkay! I just enjoy guessing. 🦄
Big beard stop cutting it
@@mcpainters For me, I’ve learned that I have to shape it along the way or it grows uneven and looks sloppy. Some guys don’t have to do that.
@@ToddStach my first beard not got the courage for that lol
@@mcpainters I get it. That’s why I’m making these videos. To help give you confidence when you’re ready to trim and shape.
Cool video. I’m trying to get mine longer, I doubt I’ll ever get to the detached mustache stage though 😂.
How far along are you?
@@ToddStach Probably a month and a half, I usually trim it to a 5 o'clock shadow at this point and just rinse and repeat but I'm trying something new I guess which is how i found your video.
@@Blender_and_Chirp Sweet! Keep going! Month 2 is the hardest to get through in my experience.
